  • This was my first AirBnB experience, and I have to say that I was impressed, and plan on utilizing the website again and referring it to friends. I booked with AirBnB a week before my friends and I decided to actually be in SF. Justin responded to my request within hours and even called me to work out details over the phone. He even asked what my friends and I would like for breakfast, and supplied cereal and soymilk (this was such a treat!). He and his wife’s home is beautiful and cozy and in a quaint neighborhood. We had everything we needed, from Wi-Fi, to parking in the driveway, to a hairdryer, to clean sheets, plenty of beds, and even a washer and dryer. There was plenty of room in the house for me and my friends, and we were relieved that we didn’t decide to stick with the original plan of squeezing into a tiny/over-priced hotel room. The house is within walking distance to a grocery store, park, and lots of restaurants and shopping. We didn’t get to explore the neighborhood too much since we spent most of our time exploring other parts of SF. Justin even called during our stay to check in on us and said that we could feel free to call at anytime if we had any questions.

Thank you Justin and Rebecca for your generous hospitality and for opening your home to us!

  • We had a great time staying at Justin and Rebecca's house. They have a lovely home and it was perfect for our family. Our 2 1/2 year old daughter felt right at home. She was able keep herself entertained with the various toys and children's books that were at our disposal.

Justin provided some great recommendations for restaurants and stores around their neighborhood. Their house is conveniently minutes from public transit and is a just steps away from a great park. Perfect if you are traveling with children.

Merci!
In bad english: Very attractive house, quite to us. We did not see our hosts but they were available to answer our questions by e-mail.
The heating was very useful because it made freshly. The use of the washing machine also. We felt at home, it was very pleasant, and the house is situated well to visit by staying in the peace on the way back. Thank you!

  • We rented Justin's house following a wedding in Protrero Hill nearby and found it to be an excellent location for our purpose. The family had moved out for the weekend and we used the main bedroom and another room with a fold-out queen-size bed as we were 2 couples. All was set up for our arrival, we communicated with our host successfully, and while the place is old, it was clean and tidy.

  • It was the first time for all five of us to visit San Francisco. The thrilling experience is only make possible, and also directly attributed to this beautiful house.

It is not a huge house, but the high ceiling, original floor, vintage furniture, and homey decorations make it a exceptional cozy and calm place to stay. Justin was extremely nice to us, making sure that we were having a comfortable stay. His unprecedented hospitality and friendliness to us - strangers from nowhere trying to live in his house where he and Rebecca raise their beautiful child - is vastly evident in our phone conversations.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far away from all the major tourist attractions in San Francisco. Spacious bedrooms and living rooms. Everything is clean and organized. With permission, it is also easy to park your car outside of their garage. Justin and Rebecca prepared clean and abundant towels and bed sheets for us, air mattresses in case beds are not enough.

Overall, this is a perfect house to stay during your visit in San Francisco. I highly recommend anyone who enjoy a cozy and family style of living. Thank you Justin!

About
I love books, music, bikes, gardening, writing, drinking coffee, and spending time with my family (wife, my three year old boy, and six month old baby girl). We spend a great deal of time biking around this amazing city. And San Francisco has just about everything one could want - the beaches, the mountains, the rivers, the cafes, arts and music scene, brewpubs, wonderful restaurants. We love exploring this ever evolving city together, and are happy to help you with any questions you have about how to make your San Francisco trip the best ever! (Enjoy the New York Times, delivered to your door every day.)
