  • The apartment was spotless and ready upon arrival. Excellent location and a beautiful view.
The doormen were excellent guardians of the keys and I would highly recommend David's space for your stay in New York!

    May 2013
  • David is a great communicator, considerate host, man of his word. Great property, ideal location, exactly as described, larger than photo implies. Washers and dryers in basement, but a new Hercules laundry card costs $5. If you plan to do lots of baking or cooking bring your own staples.

    April 2013
  • David was fantastic. Super place. Very clean and very nice building, though the elevators suck (they're being upgraded). But it doesn't really matter, the view is worth the wait. Great scene through the huge window. Highly recommend this nice sized studio.
