2.5 MIles from J20 of the M6 / J9 of the M56 and just 2 miles from the town centre.

The top floor of this gorgeous Mews property will be yours privately for the duration of your stay. This includes a comfortable double bedroom, a separate sitting area with settee and television and an en-suite with bath and shower. Access is through my home where you will also have access, should you wish to my kitchen area and tranquil back garden.

Very quiet suburb, lots of trees and well maintained. Lovely country walks within in minutes. Relaxed 20 minute walk into Stockton Heath along the canal. The cobbled streets of old grappenhall with 2 great pubs is 15 minutes walk. Local shops and restaurants, plus take awys a 2 minute walk.
