Are you planning on visiting New York City or do you need a temporary place for a longer stay?
I usually have my guest bedroom for rent but right now I have a roommate and I am leaving for almost a month so I decided to rent my Bedroom.
Located on one of Brooklyn's most beautiful streets and in one of it's most vibrant neighborhoods, the brownstone building has been renovated last winter.
The apartment has stainless steel appliances, new wooden floors, central heating, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sound system, super high-speed internet, vintage espresso machine and a beautiful large bathroom with a bathtub.
Your room is quiet and cozy, comes with a queen size bed, fresh sheets, desk, sofa and a built-in closet. Your window is facing the front and catches a lot of light
Bed-Stuy is one of the most vibrant and upcoming neighborhoods in Brooklyn. You will find a lot of new and good restaurants, cafes, parks and historic buildings in walking distance.
The A/C-Train (3 min walking) connects you quickly to Manhattan and the G-Train (10 min walking) brings you to Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Queens. The citibike station around the corner also allows you to experience Brooklyn with bike.
The room would be ideal for a single person or a couple. Feel at home with the big kitchen, living room and laundry machines. Separate entrances and sliding doors give you a lot of privacy. Don't hesitate to ask me for tips and recommendations to make your trip as interesting as possible.
The building is smoking free, so smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment was well located just two blocks from A,C line which was very convenient. Victor was very nice and kind host and made me feel comfortable as much as the way I feel at home. He decorated well with artistic pieces at his home. I would like to recommend this home.
The reservation was canceled 2 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Great place to stay. Brownstone apartment is the most authentic accomodation you can get in Brooklyn. Neighborhood is really quite and peaceful, 15 min to Manhattan. Victor is super nice, wise guy and reliable person. Thanks for all, dude.
Victor is a very nice, attentive and helpful host. His apartment is comfortable and clean. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood as well and the train (express A and local C) is convenient.
I would recommend Victor and his place to anyone visiting or just looking for a temporary share in Brooklyn.
Victor's place is lovely and he is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there with very short notice but Victor sorted everything. Would definitely recommend.
I stayed for one day and one night at Victor's Beautiful Appartement in Brooklyn. The neighbourhood there is quiet and relaxed, exactly what I've been looking for. A plce to come home to after a busy day in busy Manhattan. Still, it was very easy to get to Manhattan with the A or C Train around the corner. Victor is a great guy. He has a lot of tips for activities, bars, restaurants and is very friendly and acommodating. The appartement has a great kitchen, with a super-cool old espresso machine. Victor showed me how to use it and the coffee was perfect! The bed in the room is big and comfortable, the room is very cozy, with view on the backyard, a drawer, small office table, a nice couch and a old oven with a big mirror. I felt very comfortable there.
Victor was a wonderful host and was very respectful of our space. He made a point to show us around so we were well acquainted with the apartment, laundry room and separate entrance. He also made us some delicious espresso on his antique machine! The space was extremely clean, very spacious in the bedroom and bathroom, and had some cool artwork. The sheets & towels were really clean, the bed could have been a little firmer for our taste, and the hot water was plenty hot. He gave us some great pointers for eating in the area, and we really enjoyed talking with him for the little time we had.
