Spacious 2 bedroom loft right in the heart of Williamsburg!! Steps away from the greatest restaurants and shops in Brooklyn. 1 block from the subway, 1 stop from Manhattan's Lower East Side. The perfect home base while spending time in New York.

The Space

Large loft apartment in the heart of true Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We have the best apartment in the building - top floor with lots of windows facing North and West. There are unobstructed views of Manhattan and the Williamsburg Bridge. Perfect for those looking to relax or experience the best that Williamsburg has to offer. The apartment is conveniently located next to the Marcy JMZ train station which is one stop away from Manhattan's Lower East Side or a short walk to the Bedford L station (also one stop away from Manhattan).

The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and three large windows that look out over New York City and Brooklyn. The second bedroom is also private with its own door and has a great full sized bed - perfect for a couple or an individual.

The apartment features original wood floors, tin ceilings, large oversized windows, and an open floor plan.

Kitchen area has a large chef's prep table, bar stools, and everything you need to whip up a feast. A separate dining area has seating for 4. The living room features at 42" HDTV, cable with premium channels, blu-ray dvd player, and the entire apartment has WIFI.

The building also has an elevator and roof deck. There is no smoking inside but the outdoor space is only one flight up.

The apartment is located near some of the best restaurants in Williamsburg including Peter Luger Steakhouse, Diner, Dressler, Marlow & Sons, and Rye. There are also tons of boutiques and art galleries just around the corner.

  • We had a brilliant stay at Joshua's apartment. With it being our first time in NYC it soon became clear that the loft is in an excellent location - enabling us to see the delights of Brooklyn, but also extremely easy access to the city and Manhattan. I don't think we could have seen as much as we did if we stayed anywhere else. Thanks Josh

  • I stayed in at Josh's apartment for 3 nights in April and I couldn't have had a better Brooklyn experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and so comfortable that we immediately felt at home. I think our favorite part, however, was accessing the rooftop deck every morning and night, with amazing views of the city, bridges, and buildings. Location of this place is perfect as well - extremely close to Marcy Station and within walking distance from some of the best restaurants and bars I have ever been to. Josh was incredibly nice and accommodating with our needs, and made himself readily available whenever we had questions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in staying in Brooklyn.

  • Wonderful stay here in Joshua's apartment. Truly a home away from home. Perfect location as it's only 1 stop away from lower manhattan. Apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the modern amenities you would want (great cable package, wireless internet). Had no probems communicating the with the owner, transaction was easy/pleasant. Look forward to re-booking here in the future. 5/5 stars!

  • We really enjoyed living in Joshua's apartment. It's huge, beautifully furnished and in a very hip area. The kitchen is great and well-equipped, the couch super comfy, and there's cool art hanging everywhere in the flat.
Joshua did everything to make us feel home, I'd love to come back!

  • Fantastic place and perfect for our Brooklyn stay. We travelled with our toddler and Josh's place gave us a little more room to spread out. Close to everything and an artful, comfortable homebase. We visited in January and still walked to just about everything....and when we didn't, trains and taxis were easy to access. We would absolutely return!

  • Josh's apartment was perfect. Exactly as described - clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The apartment was just blocks away from all the restaurants, bars and cafes, so we didn't have to fuss with taxis or cars. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Joshua (email hidden)! First of all, his apartment was clean and easy to live in. He left plenty of space for our things, including bathroom storage and shelving in the smaller bedroom. He even when out of his way to provide a few food items and some bathroom products, which was awesome, because I forgot toothpaste! The apartment was very comfortable and it easily accommodated 4 adults. The smaller bedroom bed is more like a comfortable futon, but we only used it for a couple of nights, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, even though it is close to the subway station (above ground). The location was amazing, going into the city was very easy! We really felt that we were able to experience what it was like to be a resident and not just a tourist. On a personal note, Joshua was very easy to communicate with. My brother, (who frequently uses AirBnB) saw the apartment and said we (email hidden) at a great deal! Thanks Joshua, if we ever come to Brooklyn again I will be in touch!

A note about the neighborhood: If you are planning to visit NYC, stay in Williamsburg! It is so relaxed and laid-back compared to the city, plus it's super-easy to get anywhere. I loved the area, what a great community! (email hidden) girl (who watches too much Law and Order) I was worried about safety in the area. For those similar to me, there is no need to worry, the area is friendly and very safe.

  • The apartment is super clean and bright, the location is perfect for hopping onto the J into Manhattan or walking the couple blocks to all "the places" and the rooftop view is incredible. Joshua was extremely helpful and accommodating our arrival and even our delayed departure flight out of the city. It's tough to find the perfect place for staying in the city, but I'm certain this is going to be the go-to place for as long as Joshua makes it available.

  • Joshua (email hidden) - he really went above and beyond to make our stay great. The apartment is just as described - there is plenty of room, it is bright and airy and in a great neighborhood. As a host, Joshua went above and beyond - he even had the fridge stocked with awesome breakfast food for us and had great little bathroom amenities laid out for us, as well. Very thoughtful! I would absolutely stay at Joshua's home again - thanks for everything!
