This charming lakefront home is nestled into a bank overlooking beautiful Logan Martin Lake. The master bedroom and lakeside porch boast a lake view you will be sure to love. The screened in porch overlooking the lake is the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee, cocktail, read a book, or catch a quick nap. The lake is a staircase away and the dock allows for lounging in shade or sun, swimming, fishing, and has an available boat slip for guests’s to bring their own watercraft if desired.

3br/2ba, one king, one queen, and one bunk/twin bedroom (bunk beds and an additional twin bed), den, kitchen, laundry closet, covered/screened in deck, outer sundeck, dock. Year-round water.

Other things to note
This home is perfect for those who enjoy lake life but may not be suitable for some guests. Please consider the following:
-The steps/ramp to the dock are steep and cumbersome.
-Wildlife, particularly insects, are prominent around the house. Extra care is taken to ensure there are no insects inside the home. Bug spray such as Off is recommended for outdoors while staying at the lake.
-Although screened in, the porch is exposed to lakeside elements 24/7. The porch is cleaned between visits however things like cobwebs, dust, dirt, etc can accumulate quickly. During heavy rain, the porch and furniture will get wet.
