what I like about this neighborhood is that it can do everything on foot, and to have the choice.

Cute Parisian apartment in a quiet part of an otherwise lively neighborhood. Steps from the main station and from two major Metro lines. Very conveniently located, perfect for your stay in Paris. We had a fabulous time.

Sabine's apartment was exactly as pictured! Next to two metro stations, the location can't be beat. One could spend a day exploring the neighborhood shops and all it has to offer. Not sure why everyone says the neighborhood seems dangerous; it is simply just lively and busy. Never felt unsafe here, in fact totally opposite as most people we interacted with around the neighborhood were very friendly. As everyone has mentioned, there are 3 flights of narrow stairs which could be a challenge for those with heavy luggage. Though we didn't meet Sabine, the woman who let us in was very nice despite not knowing English. No issues as she used the translate app on her phone. All in all, enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Sabine!

This Apartment was so wonderful. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon trip and we felt right at home. Just as described in the post and pictures, this place is prefect for exploring Paris on foot. xoxo

Lovely little Appartment and perfect location in terms of public transport. Appartment has everything you need and very clean. Area is very Parisian so be prepared with a few french words as English isn't always an option. Highly recommended for anyone to stay. Great host! Thanks

Sabine's third-floor flat is cosy and convenient, overlooking a quiet courtyard. It's situated in the midst of a bustling neighbourhood with nice bars and some excellent restaurants, with none of the touristy feel that besets much of Paris. Communication was swift and agreeable. Recommended.
