A wonderful spot for canoe trips, bike rides up and down both sides of the Connecticut River, which creates the boundary between Vermont and New Hampshire and all within spitting distance of the Appalachian Trail - 3 hrs from Montreal, 2.5 hrs from Boston, 4 hrs from New York City.
