"Adam has the most amazing apartment in the heart of Didsbury Village... The location is ideal... the bedroom is big and spacious with ensuite bathroom and shower. Adam is a perfect host."

We would love to to welcome you into our home!
We live in a great apartment in Didsbury Village, on the first floor of a building formerly known as the 'Clock Tower'. The apartment is made up of two bedrooms (both with ensuites), and one huge living space/kitchen - the apartment is usually flooded with light due to the 8 large bay windows in the main room, overlooking the Village.
We are both musicians, so there is generally music of some description playing - the living room is equipped with some pretty great speakers, as well as a plethora of books, and two vintage red chesterfield couches on which to enjoy them.
When we are not playing music, chances are someone is probably cooking - we like to eat well, and you are welcome to join us for any meals that we get happening. Breakfast is included every day, and usually consists of sourdough toast, eggs, muesli with fruit and yoghurt, fresh baked goods, or porridge. Please let us know if you have any specific requests, or a preference for a particular type of milk - we will always do our best to accommodate these requests.
Your bedroom is at the other end of the flat, and is completely soundproof, should you wish to retreat. Along with an newly renovated ensuite, there is a comfy double bed, and underfloor heating for you to enjoy. There is also an additional mattress for you to use, should you wish to stay with three people.
We also have wireless fibre-optic internet, free for you to use. It's very fast :)
We are about 20 minutes out of the CBD, which means that the area is quiet, but close enough to commute easily should you want to see the sights. The 142 and 42 buses into town stop directly outside the apartment, so transport is a cinch. Didsbury Village Tram stop is just over the road, so that also opens up a gamut of travel options. We also have buses nearby that take you straight to the Trafford Centre, should you be in the mood for a monster shopping trip! Finally, there is a cab company just down the road that will take you to Manchester Airport for £12, and pick you up whenever is convenient. The trip takes about 15 mins.
We are super close to a number of great galleries, bars, restaurants, and museums, including the Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester Museum, and the multiple Manchester Food and Drink Award winning restaurant, the Rose Garden. (Set menu Sunday through Wednesday, VERY GOOD.)
In addition to this, we have loads of personal recommendations, so ask away and we will do our best to help you out! Soph and I are both freelance musicians, working with the BBC Phil, Hallé, and Royal Liverpool Phil amongst others, so we also have a pretty good handle on the music scene.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We look forward to welcoming you to Manchester, and our home!
Adam and Sophie
Lovely flat and hosts. My mother-in-law very much enjoyed her stay. Thanks!!
Adam and Sophie are lovely and welcoming hosts, thats why I keep coming back! Thank you for a great stay as always,
I had a great stay with Adam and Sophie - my first airbnb experience! The apartment is sunny and welcoming - and my room was very comfortable and private. The location right in the heart of Didsbury Village suited my needs perfectly. An excellent breakfast was provided every morning for the 2 weeks I was there and I felt right at home. Adam and Sophie are a lovely, friendly and hospitable couple. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable - I would definitely stay with them again the next time I am in Didsbury!
Adam and Sophie were most gracious and professional Air BnB hosts. For example, very nice to receive a personalised print out upon "check-in" with key details for eating, exploring and getting around the area. They also have the good fortunate of having a brilliant flat; Didsbury village is a neat place, the tram stop with city centre access couldn't be easier to get to, and the room with its high ceilings and en-suite bathroom are very nice.
A short but sweet stay with Adam & Sophie was the perfect introduction to AirBnB & to Manchester. The flat was very inviting, clean, super tidy & comfortable and my hosts friendly and helpful manner means I would definitely stay again. Great experience.
Very relaxed and comfortable. Lovely hosts, friendly yet not (website hidden).
I would happily return as I felt so at ease at a time whenI had a lot of difficult times
Sadly I did not get to meet Adam and Sophie as they were traveling in Australia but I had a great experience staying in their Didsbury apartment!
The apartment itself was so gorgeous with tons of open space that gets sunlit throughout the day through the giant windows which have great views of the shops and bars outside. The neighborhood is great to walk around but it is also within easy distance to the center of Manchester via bus or tram.
I highly recommend staying here!
Lovely flat, really convenient for transport links.
This was my second stay at Adam and Sophies wonderful place, a perfect location in Didsbury. It's so easy going, the room is airy and impeccable with a private ensuite bathroom (a real luxury). You really feel welcome, the breakfast is fab and the wifi works great... Looking forward to staying here again!
Adam and Sophie were lovely hosts, and the room is big, clean, warm and very private. Definitely recommend them.
