Farm house on working horse farm. Originally built circa 1850, the house was most recently renovated in 2023. The farm is home to around 20 horses and two tractors. The family that runs the farm has been here since 1980.

The space
House built in 1800s, has a lot of character and has gone through multiple major and minor renovations.
Access to first floor requires climbing stairs to the rear porch.
First floor has full kitchen, family room with farm table and half bath, and soft seating as you enter the rear doors. Also a formal dining room reserved for special occasions, a family room with pullout couch, and the first bedroom with a private bathroom.
The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as two more large bedrooms that share a hallway full bathroom.
Each bedroom has a TV, as well as the living room and family room.

Guest access
The house sits on 85 acres. You may access the entire first and second floor. The pool is available in season.
Horses may be viewed from a distance. Do not feed the horses. If you would like a personal visit, you can make an appointment with the owner or trainers of the Stable as schedule permits. If you'd like to do this it's suggested you make contact ahead of your trip as they aren't always available or may be out at a horse show.
Please park between the house and pool and leave the main driveway accessible to the ancillary house and stables beyond.
