Excellent stay with Eoin and Karolina. Very easy to get to from the airport, a wonderful apartment, and they were both very friendly and easy to get along with. We wish we could've stayed longer with them as they made us feel right at home. Even though we were a little travel weary after a few weeks on the road, and only had one night in Dublin, Eoin and Karolina made sure to welcome us and give us meaningful advice and directions.
The bedroom and bathroom are great - both modern, well furnished, and homely. We were very comfortable during our short stay. If you're looking for two great hosts, an wonderfully clean and appointed apartment, and a great location for Dublin, look no further. Staying here will be a great starting point for your trip in Dublin.
Communication prior to check in was immediate and allowed for convenient check in process. The pictures of the listing were appropriate. The host gave a thorough orientation of the amenities and offered excellent recommendations for eating, activities, and transportation. Evident pride as host and owner of a lovely property. FYI, no breakfast offered.
Eoin and Karolina were excellent hosts. My husband and I were on our honeymooon, and Dublin was the first stop of our Eurotrip. We really couldn't have asked for a better first time experience using Airbnb.
Everything was perfect: they were non invasive, welcoming and warm people. Our room was very clean and tidy, and the private bathroom was as a major plus, also clean and only for our exclusive use.
Eoin gave us good tips to move around the city, and the fact that their apartment is in a great place (located in Dublin's exchange /banking area) worked in our favor. It is really walking distance to the city center.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a very rewarding Airbnb experience!
We arrived late into Dublin after a day tour, and only stayed here for the night prior to catching our plane the following morning. Though our stay was brief, Eoin was very friendly and accommodating. Karolina was out of the country when we were there, so we did not get the opportunity to meet her. Due to our late arrival, we ran into an issue of finding a restaurant that was still serving food. Because it is in the business district, everywhere closes at 10pm and we seemed to catch everyone right at closing time. We simply walked back into the city center (about a 15-minute walk) and found a place to eat. The room was a bit small for us since we were traveling with a few bags but still comfortable. The private bathroom is great and is right next door to the bedroom. We were a very close walk to the bus stop to catch the Airlink to the airport in the morning, which was very convenient. Eoin was a very gracious and welcoming host, and he provided helpful directions and suggestions despite our short stay. Overall, an incredible price for a comfortable place to sleep and convenience to all that Dublin has to offer.
