Interaction with Guests
You will be sharing the apartment with myself and my partner during your stay, but don't let this worry you. You will have all the privacy you require, while also having a friendly helping hand to offer advice on any aspect of your visit.
Take a 15 minute walk in any direction and you'll very quickly find yourself in the heart of our magical city - drinking a pint of Guinness in Temple Bar; enjoying a concert at The O2; doing business in the Convention Centre; or shopping on Grafton Street. Fantastic quayside walks along the River Liffey are just a stone's throw away. If you find yourself peckish, there are many superb restaurants for all tastes on our doorstep and we'll certainly tell you our favourites.
Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier, with easy travel options to get to / from airport / train / bus stations (each within a 15 / 20 minute travelling time). The city's main tram service stops right outside the apartment. There is also a Dublin Bikes station 3minutes away, which means you can enjoy the city from a whole new perspective.
All we ask of our guests it to be nice (and also tidy!). Myself and my partner Karolina look forward to welcoming you and sharing our knowledge of this wonderful city, so that you can get the most from you stay. Treat our apartment and home like you would treat your own! :-) We do kindly ask that you would leave your shoes at the front door.
Go there! Eoin and Karolina are absolutely cool. Such a nice and warm place! You really feel home there. We loved staying at their place.
The location is perfect too. Highly recommended!
Lovely stay with Eoin and Karolina in Dublin. The apartment was clean, cozy and easy walking distance to the city centre.
Eoin is an extremely knowledgeable host and recommended some great places to visit.
Thank you E&K for being such great and wonderful hosts! We loved staying with you, enjoyed the little chats upstairs and your great tips for Dublin-every single one of them was perfect! ->We can highly recommend staying with Eoin&Karolina! Bed is comfy, room is very quiet although central and everything was pefectly clean.
We stayed in Eoin and Karolina's apartment for one night as we were going to a concert in the 3 arena. The location was (email hidden) easy walk from the city centre and 5 mins walk along the river from the arena. The room was clean and warm and the bathroom was spotless with plenty hot water. We met Eoin when we arrived and he was very welcoming and gave us good information about where to eat etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!
Eoin and Karolina were very nice hosts, they took time to tell us what to see and do in the city, to advice us good restaurants... The apartment is quite centrally located (15 minutes walking from the city center). The room itself is small but pleasant, and well isolated from the rest of the apartment. We bought coffee and biscuits to take our breakfast in the kitchen of the apartment, which was convenient. It was a nice stay!
We stayed at Karolina and Eoin's place for a weekend. We had a superb sleep in the comfty bedroom with own private bathroom. The apartment is well equipped although we did not make use of kitchen or living room. Can recommend the place and hosts, be aware though of early check-out. I had the feeling that we could have sneaked out without disturbing any privacy later, but that's alright and was respected by us.

Karolina is an art history encyclopedia and museum fiend. I am a jack of many trades from Theatre to TV to Radio. Someday I'll master one of them!
We are also hosts on Airbnb who would love for you to come stay with us.
