My guests are able to enjoy anything that is inside the studio. I like to greet my guests with a little fruit, coffee, tea, bottled water. There is Cable TV in the room, A/C, portable heater. My guests can see me walking in/out of building on occasion and can stop me and ask me questions. I am also easily reached by phone/text/email. My aim is to make YOU, my GUEST feel welcome and comfortable.
This is a very walkable area. I love the opportunity to get out and visit my favorite boutiques, organic restaurants & outdoor markets, take in a movie at the Vista Theatre or stop by Sunset Junction for a cup of coffee, stop by the local library or book store and one of my fave things to do is get out and watch a theatre play whenever possible.
If you don't want to rent a car, you don't have to! You can get around affordably by calling our inexpensive taxi service by either Lyft or Uber. Also, The "Dash" (Bus Line) is available and runs up and down on Vermont Avenue (walking distance) as is the Red Metro Line. However, if you do rent a car, there is plenty of free parking available out front. I advise is to observe parking posted signs as on Wed & Fri's the City Street Cleaner passes by bet 6:45 am & 10:45 am so all one needs to do is park on the appropriate side of the road.
I have a strict No Pets allowed in unit policy Unfortunately, I do not have an area where pets can get out and do their business in. I am happy to answer any questions guests have prior to making a reservation and during their stay so as to clear any doubts. My aim is to have my guests be happy and satisfied with their stay.

Other Things to Note
Regretfully, there are no pets allowed in unit. Many guests are allergic to pet dander and their comfort is important to me. Also, many people ask for a washer and dryer and although there is one in the unit, it is out of order and I do not advertise it as part of the rental. There is a laundromat within walking distance and I can help give the address if required.
No smoking in unit, please. If you smoke outdoors, great! just.. please do not walk around premises with cigarrette on hand and please dispose of your cigarette butt in ashtray. Appreciate guests are discreet while walking past apartment units in front building. If you rent alone then later decide to have visitors, no problem. please let me know:) Please read the rules inside apartment and enjoy your stay!
