  • Michelle and Paul are welcoming hosts. The bedroom and private bath are thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. There place is close to several moderately strenuous hikes. I enjoyed some delicious papaya in the morning and definitely would stay here again.

  • Michelle and Paul are really nice person,I missed my flight again and again,They kept touch with me and comfort me “hang in there everything happens for a reason” when I slept in the airport. That's really warmed for single girl travaller. That home is pretty cool,I can heard the songs with cock and bird's.And their cute doggy and kitty are cutest. The Bed is most comfortable I have ever had when I travelled a lot.
I like them,That's pity I can't stay longer in Kauai… But I will come back again. See u

  • Michelle and Paul were fantastic hosts!!! The room was extremely clean and having a private bathroom was great, definetely a plus :)
Wailua is a great location to explore the island and close by you have all you need. Food store, restaurants etc. It's also very close to the airport which is convenient if you don't wanna drive a long distance when you land or leave Kauai. Michelle and Paul prepared me breafast every morning, I loved their smoothie!!! :) and they made me feel at home. Their DVD collection is awesome and it's nice to enjoy a good movie in the evening after your day trip. There is a DVD player in the room. Great stuff!
I highly recommend this place to any traveller that is looking for a good spot to explore the island and get some piece and quite!

  • Michelle and Paul are lovely hosts! I spent six nights in Wailua and I enjoyed it A LOT! They surprised me with a daily papaya for breakfast (so good!) and their home is such a beautiful and cosy place! Wailua is located in the east of Kauai and therefore a perfect base to explore the island. There is also a weekly farmer's market in nearby Kapaa and a great health food store called Papaya that I really liked! If I'm back in Kauai in the future, I'll definitely stay there again :D Absolutely recommended!

  • Thank you Michelle and Paul for an inviting, clean and comfortable stay in your home. We were very impressed with your generosity and helpfulness to make our 8 night stay in Kapa'a memorable. Your home is indeed an excellent location for access to the entire island. Thank goodness we had our earplugs for those early morning rooster crows. The chicken overrun of Kauai is pretty hilarious!
We highly recommend Michelle and Paul's home to prospective airbnb-ers. You could not have a better host and temporary place to call home.

  • Paul and Michelle were very kind and gracious hosts. I only stayed one night because I had a too-short trip to Kauai, but I definitely recommend them. Their home is beautiful, and Paul made me some great coffee in the morning before I zipped out to keep exploring.

  • I stayed 2 nights with Michelle and Paul. The house is located in a very beautiful and peaceful area. The room is very cozy and as others have mentioned before the bed really is very comfortable! You even have your own bathroom. It is easy to feel at home and Michelle and Paul are very nice and helpful hosts. There is a beautiful Hindu temple not far from the house which is open to the public in the mornings and definitely worth a visit!
