This comfortable 1-bedroom has everything you need for your Valley Stream stay. Our location is a 15 minute ride from JFK airport and a 10 minute walk from the LIRR train station. Our home is also within walking distance to several popular parks and NYC bus routes. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, Netflix, and FREE parking in the driveway. During your stay, you can also enjoy using the kitchen and living room and private bathroom.

The space
Our space is conveniently located in the heart of Valley Stream. We are a quick 10 minute walk from the Green Acres Mall For your transportation needs, our house is located right near the N4 bus station and about a 10 minute walk from the Long Island Railroad Train Station.

Please be aware that if you are driving- you will need to park in the driveway. Due to strict Village rules- There is NO overnight parking allowed or you will be ticketed. Upon your arrival- we will coordinate schedules to arrange the cars for easy access in and out of the property throughout your stay.

The bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor of the home. It is also the only bedroom on the main floor. The bathroom is right next to the room and is private. The bedroom includes a mini-fridge stocked with water bottles, a closet and drawer space.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the private bathroom, the living room with a TV, the kitchen with a TV and the dining room. In the kitchen, there is a Keurig coffee maker with Caramel Macchiato flavored K-Cups for you to use as you please! Who doesn't love a fresh cup of coffee? :-)

During your stay
I own the home with my mother. We are both hosts that also live in the home and we can be reached when needed. We like to greet our guests upon arrival so we will communicate with you before your arrival. Please indicate a ballpark time that you plan to arrive so we can welcome you and show you the space!
