Perfect stay in Roma. Luigi is the best host, always helpful and smiling. The room was confortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was fair for a B&B. The location was great, 15 min by walk to Colosseo and very close to the metro station.
Luigi was a great host. He gave me a map and pointed out the highlights in the city, and provided breakfast everyday. Wifi was great as well.
Super nice place and, Luigi is very friendly and helpful.
We rented three rooms from Luigi. He was an excellant host. He was very accomodating and helpful with information and assisting us map out our daily excursions. Our rooms were comfortable. The mini fridge was very useful as it allowed us to keep cold water and drinks in the room. On our next trip to Rome, we will stay with him again.
Very nice apartment in the center of the Rome.
Walking distance from Coliseum and also easily accessible by subway.

We were late on check in day, Luigi had arranged and reserved tables for us in a restaurant near apartment.
