Room was exactly as described. Breakfast minimal....croissant and coffee. No air con in room....but a fan provided. We only needed somewhere to sleep as we were roaming all day....so it suited us just fine. Luigi was polite. Left a good note on the door as he wasnt there to meet us....so getting the keys was no problem
This listing is a bed and breakfast (breakfast consists of a coffee and a croissant). The bed we slept in was mostly uncomfortable, and the room was blazing hot as there was no air conditioning in the room and it was 35+ degrees Celsius in the summer. To be fair though, the ad did not list ac as one of it's features, so we can't fault them for it. Lastly, the check in process was scattered leaving us on the street waiting for a random person at 12:00am to let us into a room and we were provided with alternative accommodations which were very sub par for the first night. Despite being in a well situated area I would look elsewhere.
Stanza piccola ma perfetta per una persona, Luigi è molto cordiale e l'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, ideale per raggiungere a piedi o in metro il centro di Roma.
Really good place, near of the center, flexible with the Time of arrival and departure, clean and fonctionnal. Perfect!
la stanza è esattamente come la foto
libertà di ingresso e uscita
ottima posizione per MM o a piedi
Luigi persona deliziosa.
Great experience! Luigi is a a wonderful host. The Room is a short walk from the Colosseum and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore which is right where I wanted to be. I then could walk to Roma Termini from the basilica to catch a train. I got lost my first day in and had a tour to do, so I missed our scheduled meeting time. So, Luigi made arrangements for me. Thank you! He had a simple breakfast ready for me when I woke up which was great. He was extremely friendly, asked if I wanted advice, and willing to help. I highly recommend!
Perfect stay in Roma. Luigi is the best host, always helpful and smiling. The room was confortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was fair for a B&B. The location was great, 15 min by walk to Colosseo and very close to the metro station.
