A renovated former Ardennes farmhouse, the Similaun cottage can accommodate up to 12 people, just a short distance from the Bayehon waterfall, the Signal de Botrange, and the Hautes-Fagnes hiking trails.

The space
The Similaun cottage is spread over 3 levels: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove.

A secure area is dedicated to bicycles, with basic repair equipment and a washing station. Marked trails start from the property: Bayehon Waterfall, Signal de Botrange (highest point in Belgium, 694 m), Reinhardstein Castle, Caillebotis de la Polleur.

In winter, the Xhoffraix and Botrange cross-country skiing trails are just a few minutes away, and the Ovifat alpine slopes are right across the street.

The Similaun cottage is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, one of the legendary circuits on the world championship calendar. A perfect base for attending the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix, the 6 Hours of Spa (WEC), the 24 Hours of Spa, or the 25 Hours VW Fun Cup, and for enjoying peace and comfort after a day in the grandstands.

Guest access
Guests at the Similaun cottage have private, independent access to the cottage, the terrace, and the adjoining garden. Private parking for 4 vehicles is available on the property.

Access to the cottage is preferably via a hand-delivered key; Etienne or Jill will welcome you upon arrival.

A physical key and a virtual key are also available for added flexibility if your check-in time cannot be set in advance.
