Wonderfully furnished and very well equipped flat in the centre of St Andrews. Paul, who met us at the flat in Sophia's place, was very helpful and brought us a hairdryer because we asked for one. Two of the sofas in the lounge are ok to sleep on if you are not too tall. We really had everything you could possibly ask for, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and basics like tea, salt, vinegar, oil and spices.
This flat was absolutely perfect! It is definitely the nicest place I've stayed in on Airbnb. I would recommend it to golfers or anyone visiting St. Andrews. It is very centrally located. 3 minute walk to The Old Course. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Hope to stay there again. Thanks Sophia!
Really enjoyed the stay on Hope Street. Great flat for base of operations for our golf and nightlife focused trip. I don't need sleep, so the seagulls didn't bother me so much! And I can only imagine that they constantly mess with the SkyTV, but honestly we didn't go to St. Andrews to watch tv so it was no bother that the TV was out.
I would absolutely 100% stay here again.
As an aside, it is right across the street from Uncle Ken's place (from the book "An American Caddy in St. Andrews"), which led to a chance meeting with the author Ollie Horowitz.
Wonderful time in St. Andrews!
The flat was gorgeous and Sophia was lovely!
