Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Paths for long walks. Architect James Fox designed this cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Please respect our pet policy, only service animals.

The space
Very unique home designed by architect James H. Fox. Glass everywhere with multiple views of Longnose Falls from a cliff side location. Unique architecture (Highlands architecture) and design of the home with breath taking views and a relaxing sound of the waterfall.

You will have the whole house and surrounding 100+ acres all to yourself.

Other things to note
This is a unique structure and property that we welcome you to truly disconnect as there is no cable, TV stations, satellite TV, internet or landline. Cell reception in the house is good with Verizon and T-mobile, okay with Sprint, but not great with AT&T. ** we have provided an optional Verizon internet box if you need to connect- this stays unplugged but can be used if the guest needs a WiFi connection**

This is a hilly wooded area. The house, the "Clark Cabin" is built in approximately the center of the 100 acres we own. No neighbors are visible in any direction. There are full-time residents within a half mile.
