Other things to note
Our neighborhood is within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh’s best. It's a diverse and tight-knit community, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young professionals, families with kids and retirees. While it is a downtown, urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered quiet and safe. After booking, guests must e-sign an easy, online hotel-style rental agreement.

Neighborhood highlights

The property is in downtown neighborhood 1 miles east of the central business district, Battery Heights near Robert's Park. This is a mixed-income neighborhood undergoing significant change, with brand-new homes being built alongside existing older ones. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to city noise or unaccustomed to urban living, this may not be the right place for you.
