You have your own private lighted fishing pier with two benches, and a cleaning station with power and water. Beautifully landscaped with privacy in mind, this house sits on an extra large lot with a shady grilling area on the ground level.

Please note that all interior spaces require steps or stairs to access.

The space
o Minimum age to rent is 30 – house rule - proof of age required to book
o Private home right on the water with 200 foot pier
o Faces west so the sun sets over the bay
o Whole house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4+ children - perfect for families
o Two king bedrooms are upstairs, plus a trundle bed with two twins.
o One queen bed and a trundle bed with two twins are downstairs in a private suite. The suite also has a full bathroom with walk in shower.
o All quarters require use of stairs.
o Luxury bedding, flat screen TV’s and free wireless internet throughout the house
o Chef's kitchen fully stocked with quality cookware and appliances
o Landscaped backyard with picnic table and BBQ grill

Other things to note
It goes without saying but small children will need supervision on the pier and near the water. Water depth can be up to six feet.

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of single family homes. Copano Ridge is a narrow peninsula with water on all sides. There is just one street in and out, and no thru traffic. Great for walking.
