Come enjoy this contemporary classic built in 2020 and situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the Mt Baker forest. This all-season property is located in a gated community just 30 minutes from Baker Ski area and ½ mile from the legendary Chair 9 restaurant and bar, and the small town of Glacier. Enjoy the open floorplan on the main level with stocked kitchen, along with a primary suite with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a third bedroom with bunks.

Guest access
All parts of the home are accessible, including the garage. Garage is not suitable for cars however.

Other things to note
Mt Baker Rim is a gated community and is not suitable for large gatherings/parties etc. Our particular area has a number of full time residents so we respect the tranquility of the area. Nice and quiet spot!
