My apartment offers you 47m ² living space,
a large living room with TV, Internet and HiFi. A cozy sleeping area with double bed and a lovely balcony with a beautiful wide view and lots of sunlight troughout the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and dishes. The bathroom has a tub. Washing machine, hair dryer and towels I present you also for use.
Directly across the street there is a bakery and a convenience store (Späti) which is open 24 hours. Supermarkets and fashion shops are a few minutes walk away on the Kottbusserdamm, the Sonnenallee or
Karl- Marx Straße.
The apartment is located by Hermannplatz, between Neukölln and Kreuzberg. There is plenty of nightlife (pubs, bars and restaurants,) around the neighborhood. And only a few minutes by public transportation (BVG) to Alexanderplatz or the popular Friedrichshain where you can enjoy more of Berlin's Fashion, and club scene.
From Hermannplatz you have good conections in all directions even at night.
When we get together I will give you more tips.
Great sunny, friendly place. We really enjoyed staying there. Had a hard time contacting the host to return the keys on checkout day though, so we had to improvise.
We spent a week at the jasmin apartment it was a lovely place near the u bahn hermannplatz in kreusberg. It was a very good experience, well situated and it was very simple with jasmin who purposed to help us if we had any questions. We are so happy to be there. You must choose this apartment without no hesitations.
Jasmin's place is perfect for a stay in Berlin. Jasmin was really thoughtful and had spent time to think about all the things we might need (like slippers!). The bed cubby-hole takes you back to your childhood, a bit like a den, with a curtain to help you lie-in and really enjoy your holiday. The flat is in a perfect location near loads of cool bars and good restaurants in close walking distance and great transport links to go further afield. Highly recommended! We'd definitely stay again.
Great place super close to the metro in a great location. The apartment was clean and Jasmin very helpful. recommended!
Did not have the chance to meet Jasmin but the apartment was perfectly clean and really cozy. She even left us beers in the fridge for our arrival, how nice.
We had a great time in Berlin this weekend and Jasmin's apartment played an important part in this.
Jasmin is a great host. Everything run easily
I would recommend this place with no hesitation
Jasmins place is very clean and cosy. And the bes rent apartment we have ever been. Location is great, it is near Ubahn, busses, bars, good food places. Jasmin was really friendly hoast. She had left in the apartmen 2 beers, shampoos, candles, etc. We recomented jasmins place to everybody. And we defenedly want go again there :)
Jasmin's place was amazing. Just as advertised and Jasmin made some very nice touches that made me feel welcome. The place was really cozy and the neighborhood amazing for someone looking for a laid back but authentic urban experience. I did a daily run and found the local parks excellent for some really intersting runs. Jasmin herself was very attentive and extremely friendly and forthright in all our encounters. I can't recommend her enough!
Jasmin was a great host & her place was lovely, clean & a great location, we were greeted with a nice couple of cold beers in the fridge, i will be staying there again!
Wonderful apartment in a fabulous location with an easy-going and efficient host.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a cosy, self-catered stay, including fully equipped kitchen, balcony, comfy living area and great bathroom (hairdryer and curling tongs, too!). I really liked the space, made homely with little touches like fresh cut flowers and various guide books and info about Berlin.
The neighbourhood is wonderful so I really enjoyed the location. Super easy to jump on a bus to go anywhere in Berlin, and plenty of local colour to explore nearby, my favourites being Oranianstrasse and Bergmannstrasse, but also the entirety of Friedrichshain and the East Side Gallery (and Sybil Cafe!). Marvellous location.
Jasmin is a wonderful, accommodating host. She accepted a last minute booking and made it super easy for me to collect the keys. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and she'd even put two beers in the fridge for me. She was very easy and efficient to deal with, which made my stay all the better.
Highly recommended for a authentic Berlin experience.
