All guests must observe building rules.
No smoking in the apartment or any common areas.
All guests must be announced at the Front Desk.
No packages will be received by the building staff if the guest is not in the apartment at the time of arrival. Only 4 packages per unit are allowed to be hold at the mail room for 72 hrs.
Trash must be disposed appropriately for recycling. Fines are imposed to those who not dispose trash appropriately (Cans-Glass-Paper/Organic)
No parties, smoking and/or drinking in the pool Area. The Pool Area closes at 9pm
Parties/gatherings are not allowed after 10pm during week days and midnight during weekends. Music, TV and Noise must be kept at normal noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors. Guests are instructed to be properly attired in the common areas or recreation facilities (lobby, elevator, hallways, etc) including outer coverings and shoes. No wet bathing attire is permitted in the lobby, common room or elevator.
Guest must observe non - disturbing hours.
Guest that fail to follow any of the house rules will lose their deposit. Full deposit will be lost if the Administration, Front Desk or other tenants complaint over noise or improper behavior.
Children under 12 are not allowed in the pool area, elevators and lobby without adult supervision

Excellent location if you like Miami beach but something more quiet than south beach.
Building has nice doormen, very helpful, attentive.
Marina very nice, and super helpful. We had our baby with is iand rented baby items for the week. Marina was super helpful on facilitating delivery to and pick of items by rental company before we arrived and after we left.
She was easy to reach at all times before we arrived and during out stay.
The apartment is nice and standard. It is not a luxury apartment. But good space. One master bedroom with full bath. One smaller bedroom with two twin beds and another full bath in hall. Apartment is well maintained but building is very old appearing in hallways. (Although a lot of construction was happening so I assume this is going to be remodeled?)
The apartment has everything you need in kitchen to cook, also dishwasher excellent.
Beach chairs, umbrella, towel and cooler were all great to have in apartment as well.
Gym in building is very clean.pool is nice and clean, as are chairs
Beach has lay chairs as well which was nice
The only cons I could think of is that apartment is on 5th floor and faces a street so somewhat noisy (from cars not people)
And bed in master bedroom is not firm (of you need that)
Todo bien! Marina nos recibió muy bien, todo funcionaba bien en el depto. No hemos tenido ningún problema.
Marina was a great host. Our flight from LAX to MIA landed at 6am in the morning and she was able to accommodate us with an early check-in time of 8am. We stayed from Thurs - Sun. The complex itself is kind of dated but I saw that they were doing a lot of construction/remodeling.
Marina's unit is very cute. It's a 2 bedroom unit. The first bedroom is very small with a small bed. However, the bed expands into 2 twin sized beds. The master bedroom is a lot bigger with a TV, a hallway with full length mirrors and closets on both sides, and a separate bathroom. The bed in the master can be pushed together to make it a king size bed or 2 twin sized beds.
The living room sofa also converts to a bed. The kitchen has basic items such as cups, plates, few pots and pans, and appliances such as a water heater, toaster, stove top, dishwasher.
The thing I loved most about this rental is that it's literally in front of the beach. There's an elevator which leads you practically straight to the beach. The complex provides several lounge chairs that you can use on the beach. The beach and water were gorgeous.
The only complaint I have would be the key/locks situation. Marina was having issues with the front door locks saying that the bottom lock was not working which was a keypad lock where you punch in the codes. This also had a physical key hole to it. She said that you have to jiggle it a certain way to get it open but we had a hard time. We didn't want to leave things unlocked. So we taped it so that the bottom key pad one won't lock and just used the top lock.
Also note that nothing is really walking distance from the complex other than the beach. There are no stores/shops/restaurants within walking distance from here. So a car rental would definitely be required which we had. With a car, everything is about 5-10 minutes away. She also accommodated free valet which was great.
All in all, we were a party of 5 adults (4 men and 1 woman) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Marina was great and it was a great experience and we wish we could have stayed for longer!
