The space
The house has a combined living room and dining area, with a dining table and soft seating. The hallway to the left serves the laundry room, shared bathroom, and two bedrooms with a queen bed in each.
Through the living is the kitchen with serving counter facing the dining/living room. Beyond the kitchen is the master bedroom, with king bed, and attached bathroom.
Guest access
Guests may access the house, driveway, pond, and walking trails. The property is 45 acres, that will largely be yours to enjoy. Please do not leave trash out in nature, especially near the water.
Other things to note
Bring your canoe or kayak for a day on the lake! The water is private access and there for you to enjoy (at your own risk). Do not let children outside alone and don't let anyone near the water that can't swim.
Fishing is catch and release, and there are bass in there if you know how to catch them.
There are a few miles of hiking trails cut through the woods around the house to the pond, and from the pond to the south end of the property.
Kayaking and canoeing is also available at the nearby Pamunkey, Mattaponi, and Rappahannock rivers.
