This house has been totally redecorated in pleasing neutral tones,
A very large living area opening out onto an extensive lakeside deck with a spa pool, large BBQ and outdoor seating for 8.

This house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
2 Bedrooms have panoramic views of the lake.

The lounge also has a very large window seat with sweeping 180 degree views of the lake, the perfect location to relax with a good book and a glass of wine.

The main bedroom has a super king bed which can also be made up into twin beds on request.

This is a large spacious property which has now become available as a holiday home and although it has lots of bedrooms we would prefer a maximum of 8 people, larger or smaller groups can be considered on an individual basis.

The absolute bonus with this house is the bedrooms are on one side of the house which allows for night owls to enjoy a later bedtime with no disturbance to the early birds, the early birds can get up and away early and not disturb the night owls.

There are Kayaks, Life jackets and Mountain Bikes for you to enjoy.
We have a garage which is a secure area to lock away your bikes etc.

  • We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Rotorua! We loved the comfortable bedrooms, living areas, and kitchen with all of the things we needed to cook and BBQ while we were there. The beautiful views from the patio and hot tub were amazing! Very nice to have kayaks and bicycles to use as well. Highly recommend it!!

  • Our recent family holiday to New Zealand included a stay (which was definitely not long enough) in this fabulous lakeside home. It was truly relaxing with more than ample room for three adult children - in fact big enough to forget they were even there !!! The ever changing glorious view of the lake and mountains were wonderful along with the very tame ducks and geese which kept us entertained. The house was immaculately clean and well presented and communication with Karen prior to our arrival faultless.... and the bottle of red, most definitely appreciated upon our arrival. Without a doubt we will return and would not consider staying anywhere else in Rotorua. Thank you Karen for helping to make some wonderful family memories.

I'd recommend this place to anyone, who's around this area!

  • Amazing view, beautiful lake to kayak and swim in, spa to soak in, window seats to lounge on while reading from the 'library' of books and magazines.... we have had an incredible stay in Rotorua. The house was very clean, the quality linen and beds ensured a comfortable and deep sleep, and the laundry facilities were useful after days of adventure on quad bikes and ogo balls. The house was HUGE and while there was only 4 of us, we could see the house would be wonderful for a group of friends to spend time in for an extended holiday. The house was 5 minutes from the main tourist atractions that we visited and Karen had provided a basket full of brochures to help us choose our activities. Karen...what can we say? A lovely lady who was so friendly, helpful and interested in helping us make the most of the time we had available in Rotorua to ensure our children went home with great stories of adventure to share with their family and friends. Karen's response to email and phone calls was exceptionally quick and full of details that helped me plan this holiday. This was our first time using the airbnb website and meeting Karen and having the use of this house in Rotorua has set a very high standard for future travel for us. For those of you looking for a private house with a view to die for...while still enjoying all that Rotorua has to offer...our family recommends this residence without a doubt.
