With pieces of replica items, memorabilia, you’ll feel at times like you’re at Monica's apartment or Central Perk or Joey and Chandler's. Whether you’re a friends fan or not, this bright & fun homestay is located 5 minutes from the city center and is sure to have everything you need

You will have access to 1 parking space. It is a Duplex house, so I (the owner) live in the adjacent house. You will have your own garden at the back. Rest assured I will respect your privacy during your stay.

The house sits in one of Baguio's subdivision. Our neighbourhood is like the favela of Brazil (hill full of homes). Experience and immerse yourself inside a local Baguio community.

Important: CANCELLATION AND. REBOOKING POLICY

* To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
* If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights
* If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% for all nights
* If you cancel after that, no refund.

* rebooking is allowed 2 weeks prior the original date.

Only exemption eligible for full/partial refund: Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, all roads not passable and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in this country-for example, typhoons and Low pressure area. Also does not include unexpected illness or injury.
