Have the place to yourself! One bed/bath condo available less than 4 miles to Edwards restaurants/bars/theater. 7 miles to Beaver Creek Resort & less than 18 miles to Vail. Condo has a deck, grill, wash/dryer, internet, basic cable, community pool & hot tub. The one bedroom as a queen bed.

The space
Outdoor community Pool (in summer) and hot tub( all year) are a great way to relax and there are some awesome restaurants and nightlife in Edwards about 5 minutes away. There is also great shopping, hiking, biking trails, skiing, rock climbing, golf... Let me know what you're interested in and I will help point you in the right direction.

Great things to do in the area: Hiking, shopping, get on the Colorado River and paddleboard, raft or float. Check out Rancho Del Rio, they have reasonable rentals. Favorite restaurants close by: Juniper $$$, Zinos $$, The Rose $$, Henry's $, Local Joe's Pizza $, Mainstreet Grill $, Wolcott
Yacht Club. In Edwards for live music, I recommend Mainstreet Grill for live music on Friday nights and Woody's bar on Saturday nights. Summertime we have great farmers markets on Saturdays. Wolcott Yacht Club has great music Fridays and for Sunday brunch.
