Our relaxed Beach Beach front apartment is the perfect place for your Melbourne stay. You will be hosted by Suzi and may meet Eloise from time to time if i am staying over. Free wifi. On one of Melbourne's best and cleanest beaches. 2 mins walk to City Train and Local Village Shops. 30 minutes drive to Dandenong ranges or Mornington Peninsula for sightseeing.

Your home away from home..........
The room is located in Aspendale (a bayside suburb of Melbourne). The apartment is 1970's beach apartment in a small block of five. The apartment faces the beach and you will enjoy great views of the beach and awesome sunsets when you're sitting on the patio. You can also see the beach directly from lounge and kitchen areas. You are on one of Melbourne's cleanest and safest swimming beaches.
It is an easy train commute into town to go sightseeing as the station is only two minutes walk. There's even an all night bus if you want to head into town to party the night away.
There is also car parking available if you happen to have a car.
There are great cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and also a supermarket for groceries or a post office to send a letter home

The apartment is right on the beach with incredible views of the water from the living room and outdoor deck. Note: There are no beach views from the bedroom itself, the views are only from shared areas of the house including living room, dining room and patio.

This is an ideal room for a solo traveler or a couple on a budget.

For those who love Nature there is also the Edithvale wetlands with walking tracks for bird watching and catching site of the odd kangaroo. Local gold links are 2 mins drive.
Take leisurely walks along the great expanse of beach right in front of our (URL HIDDEN) you are arriving by car a leisurely drive down to the Mornington Peninsula and wineries is recommended. or a drive up to the Dandenongs.
Downstairs is open plan living with kitchen, six seater dining table, comfy linen sofas, large tv screen and air conditioning.
Kitchen has double refrigerator and dishwasher and ample room to store your own groceries.
-Guests have full use of kitchen we have a portable oven for heating food and microwave. six seater dining table, comfy linen sofas, large tv screen
-We provide drawers to store your food and use of the refrigerator.
-eat at the dining table or on the alfresco outdoor deck.
- You can watch movies in the living room or cook a bbq in the backyard. You can play one of our many board games,
- Grab a book to read while staying here. We want you to feel completely at home during your stay with us.
-Use of inflatable kayak
-Use of Laundry. Please note: one wash per week per person. We have a clothesline for drying clothes. If you want to use dryer in summer there will be a charge of $5 per load.Dryer can be used in winter months for free from June untill end of August.
Interaction with Guests
We love to have a chat but if you want your own space to just chill out, we will respect that. If you need suggestions on things to do or places to see we will be more than happy to offer suggestions.
I may not be staying here during your stay but Mumma Suzie is here to help you find your way around.
Aspendale is a safe neighborhood with a safe swimming beach.
It is a village style community. There are local shops just a few minutes walk away where you can find cafes, bakery, pharmacy, butcher, supermarket, post office and take away food outlets.Hairdresser, beauty salons.
Enjoy the fresh air and walks on the beach taking in the breathtaking sunsets.

The house is a 2 minute walk from Aspendale railway station which is an easy, direct 50 minute train ride to the CBD. The house is also on Nepean Highway which by car is the main route to the very popular Mornington Peninsula and Hot Springs

If coming in late at night, do so quietly as to not disturb other neighbours.
Please have "power showers" as water is a precious resource in Australia

I'm (Eloise) a university teacher and marketing consultant who loves travelling, hiking, in fact anything outdoors and most importantly adore the beach! I've traveled extensively through Europe, Asia, Central America and the US. Working as a teacher I teach many international students and love learning about other cultures.
