The cottage is everything in the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and spacious for the 6 of us. The kids had plenty of area to run around and play in. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the house. The interior was cozy and everything was fully stocked.
The host was extra helpful in letting us check in early in the day also.
What a beautiful and immaculately decorated space. The house was big enough for the 5 of us and was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located to great sights and sounds. Would highly recommend staying here!
This listing was even better than I expected! The house was warm and friendly and a great place for old friends to catch up over few bottles of wine. Far enough away from down town to be peaceful, but close enough that it wasn't inconvenient. The patio/deck out back was the highlight for us, but everything was lovely. The host was very flexible and allowed us to stay slightly past our check out time. I would highly recommend this staying in this house.
What a lovely home away from home! My sister, her husband, and my 3 year old niece stayed at this sweet abode for a couple nights since we're out of room at my place. We couldn't have chosen better! The house is well-appointed and comfortable and the back deck is a great place to enjoy a meal. The hostess was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be using this property again!
Upon arrival we were greeted and given a tour. From that point on everything was great and just as advertised. The neighborhood is a mix of friendly working class folks. The house is located just 15 minute drive to west midtown. Within walking distance there is a beautiful park that makes this community extra special.
The design of the space is clever, inventive and thoughtful. It's perfect for medium size groups. The outdoor space is a nice bonus. We had breakfast and dinner on the back porch when it didn't rain.
The space includes a washer and dryer that served us well. It was nice to come home with a bag of clean laundry.
The host was very courteous; she happily welcomed me in and showed me around the place. The home is as beautiful as pictured with a nice open layout. I would gladly stay here again.

About the Host, Vintage Bungalow
Easy going, creative types. We like cooking, entertaining, local, organic food, yoga, good wine, lots of good music, art, film, animals, nature, sailing, the ocean, traveling, calm and tranquil spaces, and try to find beauty in all things. We love to have fun and not take life too seriously. We enjoy hosting and meeting new friends from all cultures and backgrounds and don't really follow the mainstream of American culture much at all. We love to buy houses and fix them up. We have quite a few places where we host guests and try to be as accommodating as possible. When staying in a private room, you will be in a room in one of our houses, most likely, there will be a couple of dogs in the house as well, so animal lovers usually love staying with us. Our properties are in lower income neighborhoods where real, local ATLiens live. You won't see many tourists around, mostly, just typical working class folks who love to sit on the front porch and unwind as part of Southern culture. We always say hello to each other in passing, so please be friendly and observe our friendly custom when encountering locals, they will appreciate the gesture. Because we are in a lower income neighborhood, we can offer more upscale accommodations to travelers on a budget. Also, for travelers relying on public transportation, we are on the Marta line conveniently situated halfway between the Airport and downtown. Our rates are very reasonable and not subject to negotiation. Rates, terms, and policies are fixed and applied equally to all guests. We look forward to hosting you one day soon.
