Enjoy staying in this 1 bedroom apartment in the hottest location in midtown. The apartment was recently renovated and no detail has been spared from the imported Italian furniture, 46 inch plasma tv, and custom art work. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor facing south overlooking a tree lined court yard. It is sun filled and absolutely silent. The emphasis on this apartment is new, luxurious hotel quality, in the best location in midtown. Everything for a comfortable stay has been provided including luxurious linens and towels, bathing products in the bathroom, wifi, internet, cable, phone for local calling, iron, hair dryer, and air conditioning in each room during the summer. There is a queen size temperpedic mattress in the bedroom and a designer memory foam style sofa coach which folds out to be another queen size bed in the living room (this is not a futon, and is equally as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom) The location of the apartment is at the hottest cross street in midtown. Everything is right outside your front door including Times Square, Broadway, Central Park, restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and pharmacies. The subway is 1 block away. (Early check in and late check out possible to maximize your visit)

Enjoy the apartment as your own and treat it the same way. No smoking and love pets just not here!
Dan is a great host, helpful and very accommodating. The apartment is nicely upgraded and well laid out for such a compact space. Location is close enough to walk to the theater district yet far enough from Times Square to avoid the constant crush of tourists. Even MOMA is an easy stroll. Best part: lots of tasty international eating options just around the corner.
The host met me at the apartment after having communicated multiple times along my trip. He was very informative and eager to help get me any information I needed to support my stay. Great guy and great place!
The apartment is quieter than most people might expect in Manhattan. Everything about the place is high quality and the location can't be beat.
We had an amazing experience! The apartment looked exactly like the photos - clean, comfortable and very nice. Dan was great and gave us really helpful info for getting around the city and great recommendations for sight seeing, food and great local places to go. The location was perfect and very central. We will definitely be back!
My husband and I were pretty disappointed - having stayed in a Lower East Side hotel for a week before, we were looking forward to more room. On the positive side it is quiet and very clean and Dan was very personable. On the negative : the pictures are not representative : there is a dining table and chairs where the white chair is shown (crowds the living area);no stools (not that you need them, that space is needed for suitcases); the bedroom is really small and stuffy, so we had to have air-con on all night blowing across our bed; the bed linen, pillows etc are not "luxurious" ; the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on ; the courtyard is not "tree-lined"- no view at all ; there is no "washing machine or dryer" (certainly not IN the apartment) ; there are air conditioners in the windows of the living room and the bedroom;
We had a lot of luggage - this apartment may be better suited to one person for short stay only.
The location is OK for some things but we preferred Lower East Side and easy access to lots of Metro lines and Brooklyn.
Great location within walking distance of everything including Times Square, broadway, and plenty of great restaurants. Only a block from the subway station which was the most efficient way to get everywhere else. Dan was an excellent host and always had a list of cool and trendy places to visit which helped us in having a great New York experience. Would definitely recommend the apartment and the host.
The apartment is wonderful.
The location is perfect walking distance to visit Central Park, go and see a Broadway show, visit galleries, go to great restaurants and a million other things.
Dan was a wonderful host who is very professional and helpful. His communication is exceptional and is always available if you have questions.
It's a great New York apartment which is beautifully decorated and very clean.
The bedroom is wonderful to sleep in from the comfy bed, a/c, to your own choice of sleep sounds from the amazing sleep machine - I slept better here than I have in 6months (which surprised me as 1) I spend a lot of time in good hotels which don't have the same quality sleep experience and 2) it was my first time in NYC so I thought it would be noisier).
The bathroom is perfect and has bath/shower and all the niceties of a hotel.
The kitchen and lounge room are also well furnished and for me having all the amenities available from cable TV, microwave, fridge, big lounge etc really makes you feel like you come home every day.
I stayed there on my own and as a solo women in New York was happy that I felt very safe coming home late at night.
I stayed on level 2 and there are 2 small flights of stairs which are not a problem at all even after walking around the city all day.
Highly recommended! Thank you Dan and the team for making my first few days in NYC comfortable and safe.
