Other Things to Note
I guess people will be responsible enough
I love people to feel at home when at my place.
That also means I expect them to kindly take care of the house and not behave as if an army of cleaners and fixers would come fix things after the stay.
It's just us.
My neighbours are friends and landlords.
So it is a very friendly environment.
The only rule is respect.
From Sep 1 - Nov 30, 2016 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
I live between Paris, New York, and London.
I am a free lance writer.
I only rent the place when I am away. I like to share my vision of Parisian life. I love meeting people and helping as much as I can.
As a guest I respect people's belongings as if they were mine and expect the same courtesy from people I host.
It is important for me that people feel good in the house that harbors so many happy moments for me.
Hospitality is the ultimate sign of civilisation.
