***PLEASE NOTE: This condo is ideal for large groups that would prefer to stay in one place rather than 3, 4, 5, or 6 hotel rooms. But, each of the living/dining room, kitchen, and terrace area will not accommodate the entire group of 8 people at one time. This condo has one and 1/2 bathrooms.
If your group plans to spend their days out and about visiting Ottawa tourist sites or attend a wedding, a conference, and plan on using the condo for sleeping and light meals, this condo is ideal.
For smaller groups (4 or less) the condo is an ideal size to stay in for sit-down dinners, days in....
We accept one night stays. Though we accept guests with children, the apartment is not "child-proofed".
You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. No sharing with anyone.
This is a an opportunity for our guests to explore all that Ottawa has to offer without interruption though we are always only a text, email or phone call away.
An eclectic, downtown location within walking distance of all major attractions. Close (3 blocks) to major 24 hour grocery store.
Four major bus routes steps from front door. Cabs are easy to flag.

Most guest park their vehicle and walk to most destinations. But if you need to travel ouside of the downtown core, transit is readily available.
There are 4 major transit routes steps from the front door that serve Ottawa with connections to Gatineau located three stops away (or a 10 minute walk).
The property has excellent access to the Macdonald-Cartier intraprovincial bridge to Gatineau, highway 5 north and 50 east. It is also a 7 minute drive to the 417 Queens highway.
Check-in is anytime after 3 pm. Check out is anytime up to 11 am. Due to lack of space, we are not able to store luggage.
The condo is NOT for parties, get-togethers, stags, bachelor/ette gatherings, prom nights, dinner/cocktail parties, etc. The number of people in the home must not exceed the maximum number allowed to stay overnight. Anyone found to break this rule forfeits their security deposit.
We ask that our guests be respectful of our home, the furnishings and supplies, and also respectful of our fellow condo owners. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet time starts at 11 pm every night.
Please leave the home in the same condition it was when you arrived. Collect up all garbage and recycling and leave in the bins in the kitchen. Wash your dishes.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Anyone who smokes in the building will forfeit their security deposit.
Pets, though we love them, are not able to stay in our heritage building.
