The Space


DOWNTOWN and easy access to ski slopes.
Ideally located in the heart of Chamonix, in an exceptional site facing the Mont Blanc and at the foot of the cable car of the Aiguille du Midi (not Chamonix Sud !)
Terrace of 7 m2 with garden table for 4-6 people facing the Mont Blanc glaciers and the Aiguille du Midi. Facing South West you will enjoy, depending on the season, of the sun from 12 am until early evening.

2 private parking spaces (1 parking lot,1 into an underground parking)

SKI (email hidden) - FREE SKI BUS 300 meters, 5 mn with feet to go to the bus stop for all ski areas. It takes from 10 to 20 minutes bus to the slopes of the different areas: BREVENT, THE TOUR, THE GREAT MONTETS ...
Bus stop of 'MULLET' free bus that serves the entire city center within walking distance.
You are downtown so 150 meters from the pedestrian street, its luxus shops or sports shops, restaurants and bars for after ski.

Completely renovated. Comfortable. Designed by a designer with a new design very neat Scandinavian-style, clear, modern and high-end.

-Wood Kitchen painted Greystone fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette ...), plenty of storage.
- Beautiful terrace of 7 m2 with garden facing the glaciers and the Aiguille du Midi
- Two small bedrooms with wardrobes, quiet and East oriented , one with two bunk beds of 80 cm and the other with a bed 150 cm wide.
Short stays allowed within a week from Saturday to Sunday and not straddling 2 weeks.

Seuls Sabrina et Guillaume auront le plaisir de vous connaître physiquement quand ils feront votre accueil sur place. Ils sont également chargés de résoudre vos petits soucis sur place. Ils sont très disponibles et habitent à 10 minutes de votre logement

The Neighborhood

Quartier animé la journée avec ses commerces, restaurants et les skieurs se rendant au télécabine de l'AIGUILLE DU MIDI. Sur le trottoir en face, une boulangerie-pâtisserie pour le pain frais du matin. Quartier calme la nuit, l'animation se déplaçant plein centre. Les 2 chambres donnent sur l'arrière du bâtiment et sont très calmes. Il arrive que des personnes dormant dans le canapé lit du salon entendent plus de bruit en ne fermant que le rideau. Il suffira alors de fermer les volets roulant pour des nuits parfaitement calmes

  • We had a fantastic stay in Chamonix. The apartment is well situated, within walking distance from both the busses to the different ski systems as well as the city centre. We were six persons staying for a week and were very comfortable even though the apartment is small.

  • This is a great apartment in a great location in Chamonix. I only wish that the snow was better! There are local lifts, as well as the Chamonix Sud bus stop about a 5 minute walk away. I had a good experience at the ski equipment rental company that they recommended, as well.

    Checking was smooth. It would have been even smoother if I had made a better effort to contact the person responsible for check in a bit sooner...so don't forget like me!

  • We had an absolutely amazing week in Chamonix, made even better from our stay in Pascale's excellent apartment. It had everything we needed, with the downstairs ski store being particularly useful. The location was fantastic, with stunning views of mont blanc, as well as only being 2 mins from the bus stop, bars and restaurants close by and only a short walk into the centre of town.

    Pascale (email hidden), with excellent communication. Nothing was too much trouble for her or Sabrina who let us into the property. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others.
