The space
This private second-floor apartment has just been completely redone from top to bottom. Its original parquet hardwood floors, from 1914, have just been refinished to their original beauty!

The Allen House has three bedrooms, which sleep 8. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds. The third room has unique full-size bunk beds. All bedrooms have closet space to store your belongings.

The kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. There is an 8-person dining table to fit everyone while you enjoy meals with family & friends.

There are two full bathrooms in the apartment. One of which is a stand-up shower. The other a tub with shower.

The living room has a custom floor-to-ceiling fireplace with a 65' Smart TV. There's a large, comfy couch for everyone to hang out on. As well as an additional sitting area off the living room for more seating.

In case you need a space to work or study. There is a secluded desk area right off the gorgeous balcony.

Check Out is at 10:00 am. For a later checkout, there is a $50 charge per half hour. No later than noon.
