Best view of the desert sunsets in all of Marfa! See where the parties are gathering and the city wind down from the comfort of the private porch at the Hill House. We have beautifully art-scaped landscape that blooms all summer and into fall!
There are seating areas throughout the property to eat and entertain.
The Marfa House on the Hill is an exquisitely updated, turn-of-the-century adobe home offering the best sunset vistas of Marfa and the surrounding arid landscape. The home's amenities include a full kitchen, large bathroom, outdoor shower, lovely indoor kiva fireplace, and a seating area in the lush garden grounds with a fire pit.
Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in the guest being charged.

Important Information: Airbnb does not bill or collect for local taxes (City of Marfa) therefore, we will send a separate Airbnb payment requst for those taxes. They will be 7% of total charges.
There is another structure referred to as "The Canteen" (listed separately on Airbnb) which may or may not have guests during your stay. The structures are separated by the large yard.
