The Space

Cancun in a beautiful suite. It consists of 2 rooms with 2 double beds and an additional sofa bed, kitchenette with utensils, cutlery and crockery dining, 2 air conditioners, cable TV, DVD, Internet, 1 refrigerator.
 
  The facility has a tennis court, swimming pool with wading pool, 24/7 security, laundry, shop, restaurant and public transport at the door.

Includes: water, internet and cable tv, gas.

Not included. Electricity use it depends on Air Conditionin, cleaning not included.

CONDICIONES DE ALOJAMIENTO.

El pago de la renta del departamento es por adelantado y no se permitirá la ocupación de éste hasta no se pague el 100% del adeudo o acuerdo según el bróker.

Toda persona debe ser documentada al tomar posesión del departamento.

El propietario/Administrador podrá introducirse en el departamento a cualquier hora por causas de fuerza mayor como conflagración, delito in fraganti, etc. Asimismo, la administración podrá rescindir o negar el contrato a todo huésped que viole las leyes vigentes mexicanas de policía, sanidad, cometa faltas a la moral, así como utilice palabras altisonantes a viva voz o utilice la violencia.

El dueño/Administrador tiene la libertad de revisar la unidad para verificar el buen estado de la misma durante el arrendamiento y la ocupación por número de huéspedes acordado. Siempre respetando la privacidad del huésped.

Se debe respetar el silencio del edificio a partir de las 23:59 y hasta las 8:00 horas.

Si el huésped va a traer algún invitado, aquel debe estar presente. Si el invitado pernocta pagará la parte proporcional de la renta siempre y cuando se le notifique a la administración con anticipación. No avisar es causal de recisión de contrato y desocupación inmediata.

Al salir del departamento, el huésped deberá cerrar las puertas correctamente y apagar el A/A.

No se permite el acceso con animales.

Los contenedores de basura se encuentran al exterior del edificio o a la entrada del condominio.

Se prohíbe tener materiales explosivos o corrosivos. Así como armas de CUALQUER TIPO.

El huésped pagará por la pérdida de llaves, objetos y daños causados a la propiedad o al mobiliario de la misma durante su estancia. Cualquier daño se cargara al depósito de seguridad, el deposito de seguridad se le devolverá al dejar el departamento si no hubo desperfectos.

El gas, el agua y la electricidad son de gran valor por lo que pedimos se usen con prudencia, en el caso de estancias mayores a tres semanas el huésped se hará responsable por los cargos de luz y el gas del departamento.


Queda estrictamente prohibido el almacenamiento, distribución, producción o uso de cualquier tipo de sustancia toxica, y/o estupefacientes dentro del condominio. De lo contrario quedara cancelado el contrato de renta y el responsable será remitido a las autoridades correspondientes.

Antes de desocupar el condominio se debe hacer la revisión para constatar que no hay daños.

Queda en lo entendido que el departamento debe ser entregado en las mismas condiciones en las que fue recibido.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS.

The payment of the rent should be upfront and the occupation of the condo won't be aloud until the payment at 100% has been paid or according to the broker services.

Everyone must be documented to take possession of the department.

The Owner/Administrator may be entered in the department at any time for reasons of force majeure as conflagration, flagrante delicto, etc. Administration may also terminate or deny the contract to any guest who violates Mexican law police force, health, commits indecency, and use swearwords out loud or use violence.

The owner/Administrator is free to revise the unit to check the condition of it during the tenure and occupation agreed number of guests. Always respecting the privacy of the guest.

Must be respected the silence of the building from 23:59 to 8:00 hours.

If the guest is going to bring a guest at the condo, the renter has to be present all the time during the visit time, If the overnight guest will pay a proportionate share of income as long as you have notified a head to the owner/administrator. No notice of the visitor is grounds for rescission of contract and immediate evacuation.

When leaving the apartment, the tenant must shut the doors and windows properly, turn the lights off and the A / A off.

No pets allowed.


It is not allowed to have explosive or corrosive materials as any kind of weapons inside the condo and complex.

Guests will pay for lost keys, objects or any kind of damage to the property including damage to the furniture. In case of damage, the cost of the damage would be charged to the security deposit as agreed with the broker, the damage deposit will be returned to the guest in case the unit is delivered in the same conditions as received including contents.

The gas, water and electricity are of great value so we ask to be used wisely, in the case of stays longer than three weeks the guest will pay the charges for electricity and gas department.


Storage, distribution, production or use of any toxic substance, and / or drugs within the condominium is strictly prohibited. The owner / administrator saves the right to cancel the lease immediately and the person or persons responsible will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.

Before vacating the department please review to make sure there is no damage.

Garbage containers are located outside the building or at the entrance of the condominium

It is understood that in the apartment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
