The Space

Coliseum Rooms is the perfect b&b you're all looking for your roman holidays.

The B&B has been recently renovated, revamping the interior design of the 4 private rooms and 2 bathrooms to a modern style. All rooms are very big, spacious, bright and modern.

Coliseum Rooms suits all types of travellers: young couples, backpackers and groups of friends are always welcome.

I look forward to meeting you :)

Interaction with Guests

The young local staff speaks english, french and spanish fluently. We are very passionate about our job and we always put much effort into making the guest experience unique. You'll be given a map and shown all the best things you have to experience, as well as some less touritsty ones of which guide books don't talk about.

The Neighborhood

The location couldn't be any better, it is very nice and safe at night, there are many good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Italian deli shops and laundries. You'll have everything you need to feel local and at home.

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Cannot say enough about our stay with Gianluca! Other than the BnB being absolute spotless and a delight, he was so knowledgeable about his city and knew all of the perfect spots (ie. award winning, cheap eats, hidden gems) to grab a bite. He was extremely warm and welcoming to Lisa and me. Can't wait to visit him when we go back to Roma!

  • Great stay here! 10 min walk from the Coliseum and easy walk from termini station. Gianluca was a great host- gave us brilliant advice where to see, go and eat. We fitted so much into our short stay! Gianluca called us a taxi when we were stuck and even met us at short notice when we miscalculated our arrival! Definitely recommend Coliseum rooms :) Thank you!

  • A great location and a very nice place to stay. Very clean and the place looks exactly like the pictures posted. We had a great time in Rome and staying at Gianluca place made our trip in Rome wonderful. The host was friendly and made us feel welcomed. He also briefed about the places of interest and what to do and where to get food. Certainly will book the place again if going to Rome.
