I wanted to discuss the review that you left and talk about them. The first is the refrigerator, i had a professional company come out and the refrigerator was cooling correctly. He CANT REFUSE to fix something that is not broke. I even felt of the drinks and they were cold, you all had the thermometer in the vegetable bin in the refrigerator and it isn't as cool as the rest of the refrigerator and the only complaint i ever had on the issue was when we had a guest come in during the hot summer and brought in hot drinks and etc and it did take a while a cool down. NOT to mention it cost us 125.00 to send someone out there to cabin when nothing was wrong with the refrigerator. the repairman checked the temperature and it was 37 DEGREES! not 43-47 The only think that was told to me about the grill was there was an empty tank and the extra tank was on grill, not one time was there a mention of a leak on the grill to me. Lets talk about the WI-FI, the very first day you arrived you stated that the wi-fi was not working, i had you to unplug it and re start it, you sent me a message here on airbnb, stating that fixed it. Not one time did you ever mention the the wi-fi. I also want to talk about the way that you and others talked and yelled at the repairman also, that was very unnecessary and he felt threatened and actually refused to come back. We did have a leak in the cabin where the roof of the deck connects to the roof on cabin, we have had it fixed a few years ago and not had issues since, but I have already called someone to go out there and look at it and its been fixed since your departure. i also think i sent you a message the next day here on airbnb about the roof and i explained to you that our home and been burglarized at 4:30 am in the morning and that there was a lot going on but letting you know that I got your message. I am sorry that you felt i was short with you on my reply, I actually felt numb that our world was turned upside down in a few minutes that dreadful day. The cabin is described as listed. I also find it strange that nothing was said how i went out of my way for you and the guests when your car broke down and you needed a ride to the auto store to get parts for the car. just to re cap... nothing wrong with refrigerator, not one word to me about the internet and grill and the leak was a day before you checked out . Maybe next time you reserve a cabin ask questions before you instantly book it. We cant document everything on here.
