This is a beautiful and unique 2 bedroom apartment located on top of a horse stable! Peaceful setting in the center of a 8oo acre horse property/community. 10-15 miles of walking trails that meander to the Neuse river. Apartment has full kitchen. Surround yourself with horses, goats, and natural beauty!
The space
This private apartment is located in and above a stable facility that homes 22 horses!
If you are a horse enthusiast, you are welcome to visit and see the horses inside or outside the barn. For safety reasons, we ask you visit inside the barn when staff is NOT moving horses.
We currently do not offer lessons, as we do not have less than ponies on property.
For foodies, we have a few good restaurants in Clayton! You will need reservations at Crawford Cookshop on Fridays and Saturday night!

The apartment has a full bath inside, however there is additional 2 full baths just down the stairs in the lobby of the facility that guests could access!
Also if you like to fish please feel free to bring your fishing poles there is a pond in front of the barn that you are welcome to use!!
Other things to note
Please recognize the safety aspect of "living" among horses! They can be spooky at the tiniest things. I try and have a conversation to educate all guests to keep everybody safe! Also be aware the extra potential noises at night that could be from horses as well-22 are inside at night during the winter months! They are on night turn out during the summer Enjoy the beautiful animals including goats, right next door! Also be sure and check out Louie and Company Ice Cream truck parked across the pond! Here MOST nights! Best ice cream ever!

Lives in Clayton, North Carolina
We designed, developed and live on a beautiful 800 acre property that includes a state of the art horseback riding stable facility and community! If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this property is for you! Peaceful, rolling hills with lots of trails, for walking and even have some goats to feed!
We also could provide space for a limited number of horses if traveling! Depending on space available we would have outdoor paddock space!
We do not have a lesson program here so unfortunately we can not offer lessons at this time.
Bring a fishing pole too! We have a pond right out front! Lots to do on this exquisite property!
