Simple and rustic 34 mt2 Studio apartment. Located only 10-12 minutes walking to the main square/downtown, 15-20 min. walking to the bus station and only 5 min. to the promenade. A mini market is just around the corner. It’s very illuminated and counts with one double bed, one bathroom, basic kitchen (stove, oven, boiler, toaster, fridge, pots, etc).
It was built on the 2nd floor of the main house and you have to use a spiral stair to get inside. We are a quiet family with two curious cats.

The space
The Studio is one open space of 34 mt2 and it was built at the second floor of the main house (where we live). It has an independent entrance and there is a spiral stair to go upstair.

Guest access
The Studio is all for guest use. There is a mini balcony.

Other things to note
There are still some works being done in the property, in order to make the place nice and comfortable; so you might find some constructions materials around.
Amenities like sheets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, tea, coffee, will be provided once for free, at your arrival.
Is not allowed to invite people.
