The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood. This area immediately east of downtown Austin is home to many local artists, musicians, unique establishments and renovation projects. There is a church across the street and many long time residents on the block. All the neighbors are wonderful and friendly. If you are looking for a “Leave It to Beaver” neighborhood, this may not be for you. If you are noise sensitive, you should know that this house is just half a block from I35. From the master bedroom, you will hear the traffic at a low level. Bring your ear plugs if that might bother you! If you are looking for an enchanting dwelling with close proximity to everything Austin has to offer, this is definitely the place!
