'Marble' is a laid back, very social kind of cat, and like the hosts, loves the company of 'friends he has not met yet'. Many guests, when meeting 'Marble' find him so appealing that they ask if he can stay during their visit. He has been highlighted in several reviews, and returning guests specially ask for him to stay. 'Marble' is great with families and kids! To enable this, we have arranged an automatic feeder, and being 'condo trained' he takes care of his needs, and is no bother. He is now so popular, that we will ask you in the booking process if you would like to have 'Marble' stay in the Suite while you are our guests. 'Marble' is a Value Added Option to enhance your stay in this very special listing.

  • A our first experience, our hosts, the site of airbnb, the location in Toronto reflected exactly what we were hoping to have, from what was shown on the website. The condominium was luxurious, with lots of personal mementos, so much warmer than a hotel room for basically the same price. It also confirms we will use this method again, soon we hope. We were greeted by our host, who showed us all the amenities and confirmed he was happy with us. We had a stocked refrigerator, croissant and a large bowl of fruits, a nice complimentary again to the hosts for their attentions. The condominium is week located, within a 25 minute walk to everything on King West, Queen West, the St-Lawrence Market area, Youge and Dundas, and those massive buildings downtown financial district. The only drawbacks, no view of CNTower, very dense built area, very cold when you walk because of the waterfront nearby, and must cross the Gardiner and rail tracks in tunnels. Our car remained parked for the 2 days, another nice benefit. In all we really liked our experience - Merci!

  • As always, Luigi and Brian were fantastic hosts!! My stay was perfect and I can't thank them enough for making their beautiful suite my little home away from home! I always try to stay in one of their suites when I'm in Toronto.

  • A home-away-from-home with a gracious and hospitable host. Beautifully furnished and decorated, I can only applaud them for entrusting their home to guests. I worked in the industry some years ago (Hyatt and others) and unfortunately have too quick an eye to spot minor flaws and irritations: This place was great and there were no problems. If you knew me and my critical nature, having stayed in hundreds of business hotels over the years, you'd be amazed to read a review from me without any negatives.

Without question, this was the best condo/apartment/home rental I've had. My family (who had to stay home this trip) was jealous when they viewed the pictures.

I was attending a multi-day conference and meetings at the nearby King Edward Hotel, where I've previously stayed. With respect to the quality of my private luxury condo, it was impossible to not feel sorry for my associates staying at their expensive 3 and 4 star lodgings up the street.

Location: Even in the cold Toronto winter, this was an easy walk to the conference hotels. Convenient shops and food all over the place, buses, trains, and even the subway was only a few blocks away. Very safe area near the Westin and harbor, lots of walking commuters during the weekdays and loads of tourists on the street Saturday, even in the cold!

Brian and Luigi made Herculean efforts to figure out and meet my needs before and during my stay -- went far beyond what I would have expected. Lots of good communications and flexibility when I arrived early from the airport.

I would not hesitate to recommend this high altitude (good views) home as a welcome alternative to any of the local high-end hotels. Very comfortable and a spotless well-equipped kitchen to boot! The relatively low price is a shocker for what you get.

This is a quiet refuge with neighbors. You would certainly not want to stay here if you tend to party loudly. Definitely not for the Spring Breakers crowd.

The only bad thing about this stay was having to leave.
Going back home to reality was difficult. I hope Brian and Luigi are around for my future Toronto trips (****** I truly debated writing this review because you know what happens to availability and prices if too many people learn of a good thing!) This place and owners are just that: almost too much of a good thing. I really hope I'm not ruining it by getting the word out.

    Thanks again, Luigi and Brian.
    Obviously, I'm more than pleased.

  • 10 Yonge Street was the perfect accommodation for our five day stay in Toronto. We were kept well informed prior to our arrival as to the process for checking in as well as for the guidelines to have a successful stay. Luigi was there to meet us and also checked on us in person during the stay. Brian checked on us almost every day via email. It was clear that they both were interested in ensuring our stay was perfect.

The condo itself was well appointed, clean and conveniently located. We were able to walk everywhere. We had rented a car to be able to go to Niagara Falls and the parking is located under the building so there were no parking issues during the week. We would highly recommend staying at 10 Yonge Street.

  • Great location in the downtown core. 12 min walk to the Metro Convention Centre, the CN Tower and Ripleys Aquarium. 10 minutes to the St Lawrence Market. Great fast food close by... Try the pork Gyro at Alexandros straight south on the waterfront. Brian was able to pick us up at the airport and that was great as we go to know him and a bit about the city on the trip in. The Airport Express shuttle also stops in front of the building so that is also an option for arriving and leaving from Pearson.

  • We had a fantastic stay at Brian and Luigis place. Very beuaitful and comfortable place. The guys were hugely accomodating and relaxed. They left a wonderful fridge full of breakfast stuff that lasted us our entire stay!

  • Great Hosts, great location, great rental. Many thanks to Brian and Luigi for making our stay in T/O a memorable one. The unit was clean and well equipped complete with some 'special' touches which made our stay all the better. It just goes to show that they care about their guests. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

If you are travelling from Pearson airport you can save a few bucks by taking the Express Shuttle as it has a stop directly outside the building and there's a discount for WestJet customers - bonus! A flat fare cab ride was $55 + Tip, where the Express Shuttle was $40 one way and free Wi-Fi to boot.

  • We absolutely loved the 26th floor apartment with all its luxuries and appointments of good taste. It is in such a fantastic location close to the harbour and then just straight up Yonge st to Dundas square to the Downtown. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom just lovely. The living area is gorgeous and the kitchen easy to get around.Yummy goodies are supplied for breakfast. The hop on off bus is available to the right on the harbour ticket box and you catch it on the side right from the Radisson. It includes a boat trip so well worth it. Highly recommended!

  • luigi is a great host, very rapid feedback, very central apartment in top end location

  • Everything was just as advertised and may be even better. The apartment is beautiful and well located. The owner met us at our car and showed us to the apartment, where he had stocked the kitchen with breakfast food and coffee. The building has a great gym and a nice pool. No complaints at all--we couldn't have asked for anything more.

About
Hi, let me tell you a little about myself. - First, my fundamental principle is to think of myself as the customer. - Second, I am an easy going individual who enjoys meeting people and sharing this great city of Toronto. oh, my personal motto is "Aim high, land high" I lived in Europe for over 26 years, travelled to over 120 countries and stayed in quality hotels in over 250 cities. I am delighted to be part of the Airbnb community and to offer a high standard of accommodation for the discerning traveller or corporate executive. I have taken a step back from the world of marketing management for a major global financial services group, and more recently, fundraising with Canada's major vision loss charity and now devote my time to volunteerism and giving back to the community. Am very involved in helping to fill the day to day needs and expectations of hosting guests. I am contactable 24/7 by phone. I am readily available throughout the working day to deal with any unforeseen circumstances. I am happy to act as a local Emergency Contact/ Liaison, if required (please see my notes about House Rules - as I take Safety and Security seriously). Unusually for a 'Torontonian', I own a vehicle and am happy to drive you around (of course, subject to me being available!). It can really give you a view of the city only residents (and drivers with passengers!) can experience. Toronto is a beautiful city with many hidden treasures, and a short drive proves it. I have been committed to providing excellent Customer Service all my life, and I am really pleased that that Airbnb has created such a useful and practical social networking tool which can make high quality properties accessible to discerning guests who appreciate the benefits. Hope you enjoy Toronto, wherever you stay! Brian Trust and Security I am very happy to chat about the properties and their features and benefits. It is also good for us to get to know one another a little prior to you placing a firm booking. Airbnb see the value in that. So you will find I ask for your phone number to be verified, a photograph, as well as a little info about your trip. Cheers, and happy travels! Brian
