The Space

Location: Location is Great !! Less than one mile you can go every where, the tourists interests like the water front, First Starbucks, Piers, Seattle Public Library, Shops and stores, Museum, Church, etc. Active during the day. Enjoy your night.

Convenience: Three bus line. Route 12, 60, and 2/13.

Food: One McDonald's and two Starbucks, two sandwich shops and more! Market like Rite Aid, QFC and Walgreens too!! and so much More!

Amenities: Air Conditioning; Heating; Elevator in Building; Handicap Accessible; Kitchen; 24-hours Concierge; Exercise Room with all new facilities; 24-hour Hot water; Common room with TV, meeting rooms, outside chatting space and BBQ. Rooftop space.
And FYI! Washer in Unit; Dryer in Unit; High Speed Internet Wi-Fi; Shampoo and shower gel, etc.

Apartment Building: its a brand new building! Active, but no smells no dirty carpets in hallway, trash room is clean, there is front and back door. Super nice office staff, front desk and concierges. Its super safe as well, its a safe neighborhood, and you have to use your card/key for three times before you get on the bed.

My Apartment: One Big Full Bed with comfortable Mattress. Two Cushion Pillows and Two sleeping pillows. Fully functioning kitchen. (With whatever you need, I even has one rice cooker and one noodle cooker!) I do have a picture wall but it in in the hallway, not in the bedroom, hope you don't mind.

Welcome to my apartment and welcome to Seattle:)

Few extra things you should know:
*Seattle is a city full of hills, my apartment locates on top of the hill, so the view is nice but I would not recommend if you cannot walk up and down since the streets are slant. But bus stop is very close and it can bring you up and down the hill.

*This is my home in Seattle, I only rent it out when I leave Seattle for travel or stay with my family. So it is basically full of my things and it does not looks like a hotel room.

* I am looking for a long-term renter from September-November, so weekly and monthly booking are super welcome!:)

Check In
  • Tiffany graciously waited for us to arrive, late even, because our train got held up. The apartment was a wonderful place to return to after each day exploring the city. The building is fairly new, neat, and has a great view of the city from the rooftop deck. Definitely a winner!

  • Great location and very clean! The floor is also pretty quiet. Loved staying at Tiffany's place. Would not hesitate to stay here again. It is within walking distance to most things (depending on your aptitude for inclines and declines). Close to CenturyLink Stadium, ChinaTown, Public/Pike Market and a variety of restaurants and cafes. Finding parking was not as bad as we thought. It was approximately $2 per 30 minutes for street parking (max of 2 hrs at a time, if I remember correctly from 6 PM-8 AM it is free. Sundays are free). There is a structure nearby for $15 24hrs, no In & Out privileges. The rooftop is very nice for hanging out with the great view, watching TV on the large flatscreen, playing foosball, and BBQing with the grills up there. The fitness room is adequate for elliptical/treadmill work with a range of dumbells up to 40 lbs and a cable machine.

  • The apartment is rad. It's a newer building (i think she said it was built in 2012) so everything is clean and up to date. Plenty of room for two people. The floor is quiet, so need to worry about loud or rowdy neighbors. There's a full stocked kitchen if you want to cook. And it's just a short walk to Capitol Hill if you want to eat out. (I'm looking at you Terra Plata and Taylor Shellfish Farms.) It's an 18 minute walk to Pike Place.

Tiffany is a wonderful and gracious host. She took the time to answer all of our questions - even the ones we texted at odd hours! We couldn't have asked for a better location or a better host. HIGHLY recommneded.

  • Tiffany is AWESOME, and so is her apartment. Ideal location, amazing views (from both inside the apt and from the fabulous rooftop common area with tables, grills, etc.). It's a newly redone building and Tiffany's studio is meticulously clean with a full kitchen and everything you'd want. Sure there is a hill if you're walking back from downtown, but it's a nice short walk to Pike Place Market (15 min) and all the touristy stuff - and I found there was more going on in First Hill neighborhood anyway. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first time using airbnb. And on top of everything Tiffany is just a super kind, interesting, thoughtful person who has had some really cool experiences over the years and met such a range of people. Highly recommended if you want to have a really good stay where you actually feel like you're living in Seattle.

(PS for Seattle travelers - the Fremont neighborhood is a bit off the beaten path but if you're haven't been it's definitely worth a visit while you're in Seattle (a $10-12 Uber from Tiffany's apartment) - check out Milstead & Co. for some phenomenal coffee and Cafe Turko next door for the best Turkish food in the city!)

  • Tiffany was a super helpful host. Her place was super lovely and comfortable, and I had a super good time. She also leaves you breakfast!

My only complaint: The water pressure in the shower was low.

But otherwise, this was a fabulous place, and I would stay here again.

  • Wonderful apartment, as described, and the view from the window is as pictured! Tiffany has a sweet, cozy place, and it was perfect for me and my husband. It is a studio with a full, modern kitchen, and a large bathroom. The layout is nice with lots of light from the big windows. We had plenty of room to have our son and his fiancée over for dinner twice. It was great to have a place to cook meals. The view from the roof is spectacular! The location on First Hill is very convenient, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again! Tiffany was also very prompt at texting with us and answering any questions we had. Thank you, Tiffany! :)

  • Tiffany was great. Her place was cozy and had an awesome view. It was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for just the night and it was very close to everything. The building was amazing and the roof access was so beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was only a text away if we needed anything, but there was really no need for that. Check in and out was very quick and easy. I would say the only thing that we had an issue with was parking. The street was full. We were lucky enough to find parking. We would definitely stay there again and I recommend it to anyone.

  • Loved my stay at Tiffany's apartment! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of most of what the city has to offer, and one street away from the bus stop! A lovely Starbucks located just across the road for your morning coffee fix, and some other options food wise in the neighbourhood too. The apartment itself was lovely and cosy, it's a studio but plenty of space for two people to spend a week comfortably! The kitchen units and furniture are all new, and the bed was really comfy. There is both air conditioning and a ceiling fan on offer, but the temperature was perfect. The shower is always warm and there are a selection of shower gels and shampoo on offer as well as clean towels. The best bit is the rooftop, the funky layout with TV area and seating offer a great chill out spot to enjoy some take away dinner or a glass of wine over looking the city below! This rooftop means you can skip the $20 Space Needle admittance as you can see the whole city sparkle at night. Tiffany herself was lovely and helpful, as well as her friend who met us with the keys and was there if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this cosy little spot for anyone exploring the city! Enjoy!
