Welcome to Casa Caracol, one of the most iconic houses on Isla Mujeres. Designed and built in the 90s by Mexican architect Eduardo Ocampo, this work of organic architecture was born from the fantasy of living in a snail. Today, it offers a unique experience where design, art, and nature coexist in harmony, allowing you to disconnect and enjoy the Caribbean at a more leisurely pace.

The space
Casa Caracol consists of three independent spaces, designed to offer privacy and comfort without losing the essence of sharing. The Main House is on two levels: on the first floor, you will find the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a half bathroom; while the second level houses the master bedroom, with a king-size bed, private bathroom, closet, balcony and a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea. To one side is El Caracolito, a separate room with a king-size bed, desk, minibar, closet and a bathroom with the characteristic spiral design. In the back is El Shellito, a cozy retreat with a king-size bed, private bathroom and terrace. All rooms come with A/C and Wi-Fi. The heart of the property is its spacious terrace, where you can spend your days between the pool, the hot tub, the hammocks and the lounge chairs, share an outdoor meal or watch the sunrise and sunset over the Caribbean.
