📝 Rental Agreement required + $500 security deposit hold (submitted at least 2 days before check-in; released 3 days after checkout if no damages or violations)

• Only registered guests are allowed
• Exceeding occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation without refund
🚗 Parking: Max 5 vehicles total
• Driveway only (no street parking)
• Street-parked vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense
🔇 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🚭 No smoking indoors
• Indoor smoking results in a $750 ozone cleaning fee
• Smoking is allowed outside only — debris must be disposed of properly
• Failure to clean up may result in a $100 additional cleaning fee
