Storybook A-frame cottage right on the ocean - Less than 100 steps from your back porch to toes in the sand & crashing waves. Newly remodeled with full kitchen & luxe bath plus sleeping for six. Barrel hot tub & heated outdoor shower overlook the pristine beach shared with only a few other homes. High-speed internet keeps you connected or totally unwind with the claw foot tub & wood stove. Quaint Seabrook’s shops & restaurants are a 2 min drive or 15 min walk on the beach.

The space
The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen; newly remodeled bathroom with heated marble floors, bidet and heated toilet seat, towel warming rack, clawfoot tub, and frameless rainfall shower with body sprayer; wood-fired stove, full-size washer and dryer, living and dining area with a queen sized sleeper sofa and a 32" smart TV with various streaming apps.

Upstairs is accessed via loft-style ladder stairs and spans the entire length of the A-frame with two open sleeping accommodations, including a queen size bed, and a twin size daybed with extra pull-out trundle mattress.

Outside there is covered deck with propane BBQ, lounge chairs and a small bistro table and chairs. Ocean front barrel hot tub and heated outdoor shower right on the beach. Enjoy epic sunsets, stargazing and listening to the crashing waves in the comfort of your private six person hot tub, less than 100 feet from a pristine sandy beach. When in season, razor clam digging is literally right out your back door.

Enjoy epic sunsets, stargazing and listening to the crashing waves in the comfort of your private six person hot tub, less than 100 feet from a pristine sandy beach. It’s surreal how private the beach feels as the only public access is over a mile south at Roosevelt beach, or a mile north at Seabrook. Often times we are the only ones out there as far as you can see.

Other things to note
Cell phone service is spotty but the internet service works great. Wi-Fi calling is highly recommended
