Home with a Swimming pool, large fenced garden and outdoor kitchen. Located in calme village nearly abandoned. We, as a family, will give our best to provide you a revitalizing stay.

The space
Large swimming pool with one side more appropriate for kids. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and an inviting outdoor kitchen and lliving room. Sink into soft sheets, gaze at the starry sky on the terrace, or snuggle up by the fireplace for a night of warmth and relaxation. Great for those looking for a mix of work and relaxation. Reasonable internet speed for modern standards. Two people using remote desktop and teams without issues. Relax with stunning views of the mountains and explore the authenticity of the surrounding in evenings.

Other things to note
Set out on an adventure and you will find, in the middle of a stunning landscape, the rugged beauty of the mountains and the unspoiled Paiva River. Go hiking along pristine trails or enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters of the river - all this within a short distance from home and located less than two hours drive from Porto.
Since the area of the swimming pool is quite large and the liner is of dark color, the water gets very comfortably warm even in warm days.

No smoking is allowed indoors.

Late Check-in Fee:

A 20€ fee will be applied for check-ins conducted after the designated time.

Responsibility for Cleaning and Damages:

It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that the property is left in the same condition as it was found. Any damage or unsatisfactory cleaning will result in a 50€ fee.
