Sunny, immaculate, modern single occupancy room for rent in Williamsburg. 2 train stops into Manhattan on the L train. Located 2 blocks away from the L and the G train. Surrounded by nightlife and great restaurants. The benefit of this room is that is really in Williamsburg and not on the peripheral. Walking distance to the Bedford area with boutiques along the way. There is a Farmer's Market on Saturdays and the Brooklyn Flea Market on Sundays on Kent and N11th. Both lots of fun.
Cozy, cool room in a serene apartment. View of Manhattan from your room. The sunset is quite lovely. There is a 22' flat screen t.v. and an Apple tv for the guest room. There is a small set of drawers and a hanging rack for convenience. A modern shower caddy has been installed especially and only for guest use. The living room is designed to be neutral so that it doesn't feel as if your in someone's living room. Very sunny, comfortable and uplifting living space.
The kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment has been newly renovated. My dishware is curated. True. Very wonderful to look at it and user friendly. Except my fish glasses. Fragile and I might cry if broken. Don't worry I have a thousand other glasses. Also, there is a very attractive blender here. It makes amazing smoothies as well as looking cool. All smoothie ingredients are provided. There is also a SodaStream seltzer maker for your convenience and delight. Coffee and tea without a doubt. LMK if you want hot chocolate in advance and it's yours.
Prime and central location. Sunac grocery store down the block. Lighthouse bar and restaurant across the street. Unbelievable coffee available in the mornings unless you prefer to make coffee at the apartment. Delicious brunches and dinner with great vegetarian options. There is so much available within walking distance you don't even have to leave the neighborhood but if you do, the major train lines are so close and the commute is so short!
Laundromat around the corner for fluff and fold or do it yourself. Cleaners downstairs.
Beautiful apartment, sweet private room and great Brooklyn neighborhood.
There are is so much to do in the neighborhood. There are great restaurants and boutiques everywhere. Gyms, yoga, pilates and cycle studious are available throughout the neighborhood. There are two movie theaters within walking distance. On the the weekends there is the Brooklyn Flea. Outside in the summer and indoors during the winter.
2 train stops into Manhattan on the L train. Located 2 blocks away from the L and the G train.
Also 2 blocks away from the JMZ.
Clean and considerate. Please wash your dishes. Also, no hitting on the host. Wouldn't say it but it turns out it need to be said. Come and go as you please.
Overnight guests discouraged but if you do, please be discreet and respectful. I cherish my home. You will the same once you are here. It's a lovely place.

The House is very confortable, and Tova is a awesome!!
I recommend every guests of Airbnb to have a great host like Tova!!
Very nice and toughtful!
I have been at Tova's for one and a half month and I had an amazing experience. The house is super clean, tidy and very nice. The neighborhood is fantastic you have a beautiful bar right across the street ( The Lighthouse), a laundromat round the corner, a dely in front of the house and a Sunac very close. Its very safe at all times, also at late night. The L train, which is the one that takes to manhattan is just 5 minutes walk and it's one stop to Bedford or 15 minutes or less by foot. Tova is an amazing host, she is sweet, super hospitable and makes you really feel home, I can really say I found a friend. (in fact even if I stayed for so little time, I feel like that's my house too). Even all the neighbors are amazing, they have always been there to help me with any kind of problem and they're all very nice. I strongly recommend this place, because you will find much more than a beautiful apartment! I wouldn't have chosen any other place!
Tova is the best! I stayed at her apartment for 2 months and instantly felt at home. I really felt like it was my own space. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The L train is so close, and there is so much to do within walking distance. Tova was an amazing hostess and always went out of her way to make sure I was having a good stay. I will definitely by back!
Tova is a great host and I felt right at home during my stay. It was super clean and she made sure I had everything I needed. After being out all day is was so relaxing to chill out on the bed with the windows open and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood. Being close to the L and G trains was great for getting around Brooklyn or going into Manhattan. There's great spots to go out in the neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again.
snowfall on the day of departure. The apartment was very light, tidy and clean and there was hardly any noise in the night. Tova was around when I arrived and she showed me all the ins and outs of the apartment. There are so many nice places to eat and drink in NY (the lighthouse is fantastic by the way), that I didn’t use the kitchen. Nevertheless it was well equipped. The bathroom is not shown on the pictures. It’s not the newest design, but is very clean and has a powerful shower.
The area of the apartment is fine. It’s located in a more upcoming area in Williamsburg. You can walk to Beford Av. and to trains J and M as well a to train L which take you both in a few stops to Manhattan. Tova has a lot of vintage jewelry and bags. So if you’re interested in vintageshopping you definitely have to stay here, Tova is very helpfully in showing to your way in NY.
Great location, accommodating, flexible and awesome communication for coordinating key hand-off for late-night check-in. I highly recommend and will certainly return!
I booked this nice room at Tova’s place. Unfortunately I was not able to visit her. Due to heavy snowfall on the day of departure my plane was cancelled... gone city trip to NYC! Tova was really helpful sorting things out. She replied immediately on all my messages. On my next trip to NY I definitely will visit Tova’s place. I truly believe it’s a perfect place to stay.
