A very quiet neighborhood (Monte Verde Nuovo) , 5 minutes far from Trastevere Station (the way to Fiumicino Airport) and 10 from the gorgeous park Villa Pamphili by tramway (number 8) - one of the few that in Rome works and works untill 1.30 a.m. - you can enjoy an apartment (72 square metres) with a bright and huge living room with a sofa bed, a huge new kitchen, a silent bedroom that watches a terrace of 12 square metres, a bathroom with shower and bidet, 1 studio space.
Wood on the floor everywhere.
air conditioning, heating, cd reader, frigerator, wash machine, dishes machine, internet .
Lots of people love my terrace and from march to november, cause the weather is nice - they want to stay there, that's why their slogan is "Occupy Nat"

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at Nathalie's stylish, classy, and soothing place, and wish I could have stayed longer. It has an excellent dining room and table, a wonderful, relaxing terrace/small garden area, and a spacious kitchen, perfect for cooking. Nathalie herself was easy to communicate with and kindly left some tasty food items for breakfast. She has a witty, playful sense of humor, as I found a "Bates Motel" soap dish in the bathroom, which made me chuckle! This quiet and lovely apartment is easily accessible by the tram and is near my favorite park in Rome, the Villa Pamphili. A find!
Naathalie's place is great ... large light filled apartment that's very comfortable. Dining and living spaces ... a nice little collection of music (I hadn't listened to Sinatra in a long time). I like to cook, the kitchen is VERY practical and well equipped with anything you'd need. I didn't make much use of the Terrace (it was January, but both the kitchen and bedroom open out onto the terrace so can imagine at other times of the year it's a wonderful spot for meals and reading. Bed and bedroom were comfortable.
It's a 15 - 20 minute tram ride into the center, but that also means there are no tourists. One of the biggest daily outdoor food markets is a 10 minute walk away and there's a good grocery store, bakery and vegetable shops within a few blocks. I had a wonderful stay.
We were given instruction to go to the appartment from the airport by public transportation by Nathalie (train from the airport to Travestere station then Tram 8 to Ravizza stop). She was there to great us and to explain some basics about the appartment. She also left us with some food to start the stay. The appartment is nicely located in a quiet area but within walking distance from food shops and also from the Tram n°8 which takes you to the old city part of Rome. The appartment has everything you could ask for, spacious nicely decorated, convenient kitchen and as a plus a terrace where you can take your breakfast or your evening dinner as the apptment is on the ground floor. We stayed there 8 days to discover the ethernal city of Rome. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much Nathalie.
